"Hmm." Casey grunted throwing another pebble hard across the water "Bet you thought it was fun didn't you. You're just as bad as her."

 

"its nothing to do with what you said...i just..wanna go thats all..."she said

"Look...i said sorry,she feels bad now...look its what younger brothers and sisters do.....take the p*ss outta their elders though it was only you that was....but never we feel bad that we did it now...ok?"

 

"Are you sure Ly? That must of thrown you a little bit, but you might of suspected it I guess..."

"Hmph... Do you have any idea what you've done?" Casey sighed sadly "She's never going to want to even look at me again, let alone talk to me..."

 

"well yeah it did....but still i just wanna go home...."she said

"trust me...is i know my sister...she'll talk to you again..."

 

"You don't wanna talk about it? A guy saying he loves you is kinda a big deal."

"Prob'ley only to tell me to stay away from her..."

 

"well...i dunno....i know its a big deal,its a even bigger one because hes like my best friend...but i think...i just need to think things over you know..."

"doubt it....she wouldnt ever say that to you..."

 

"I guess... But... wow I never thought about what it's been like on his side of it all... He said he'd been in love with you for years...."

"Sure she would. She's been my best friend for ages, and it turns out I fancy her. I mean, could I be a bigger perv."

"Seriously? I always though he was a bit of a pansy around you."

"I talked to her, listened to her, helped her. I was her confidant, she told me things she wouldn't tell anyone else. And I told her things I couldn't tell anyone else. And I turn around one day and say I love you. That's not really un-pervy is it..."

"I thought he was acting normal..."

 

"He's normally, well... Malfoy-ish. You see it sometimes, with the I'm so great jokes. But he's normally much cockier than that. You just have to glare at him and he'll run off like a frightened puppy."

"want me to get her to talk to you? before she goes home?"


"i seriously never noticed before...i thought that was casey just being casey..."

 

"If you want... She won't agree though... At least I doubt she will..."

"Wow, he was all cocky and that around you until... your fourth year. He seemed to, I dunno shut-up around you when you told him to. I figured you two had had a fight or somthing..."

 

"all i notice was that he got quiet..."

"Ill get her..."

 

"And you never wondered why?"

"If anyone's going anywhere I'm going to her... It's my fault after all..."

 

"I asked but he said it was nothing to worry about so i dropped it..."

"That's Casey for ya... Can never be to sure what he's thinking..." Elle sighed.

"Yeah... I can't go up into the dorms but she's got to come down sooner or later.... Maybe in that time I'll think of somthing to say..." He said hurling one last rock into the Lake before setting back off towards Gryffindor tower. Looking far more confident than he actully was...

 

"yeah..."she sighed"and boys think we're hard to understand..."

 

"I think it's just Casey. I mean, he is a bit of a girl!" Elle cackled.

Casey had made his way back to Gryffindor Tower and was currently paceing up and down just outside the portrait hole.

 

"every guys got a bit of a girly side in them...."she said "anyways....i need to go get the train...ill say bye to casey...dont need to say it to jordan.....so see you when i get back? if i dont you over the holidays..."
