"wait...how do we make it just slip out?"jordan asked as they reached the portait

 

"Hmmm..." Elle said looking thoughtful "I'm not sure... This is trickier than what I normally deal with..."

"You feelin' ok?" he asked sitting opposite her.

 

"we could act all casual like,then say we know who likes her....or something..."

"Yeah"

 

"Just taunt him without saying who, and maybe his brain will fill it in for us..." Elle pondered. "That's a good idea Jordan."

"Good." Why are you sitting talking to her!? RUN YOU IDIOT!

she smiled and looked outside again

 

"You don't look that stupid." Elle giggled and muttered the password.

"Here we go..." Casey muttered as he saw the portrait open.

 

"really?"jordan said walking in

lyra looked round at them

 

"Yeah, you're way more stupid than you look." Elle smiled cheekily
Casey looked away from the other three in the room and tried to draw as little attention to himself as possible in the faint hope that they would ignore him.

 

"aw jee thanks!"he said sitting down with his back to the other two, he grinned and mouthed "wait for it.."

 

"I wouldn't want to ruin it." she said quietly as she passed him to sit down.
They're planning somthing... I can tell... What are they going to do? Am I gonna fall into their trap or whatever they're going to do...

 

"so...what did you tell me outside? oh yeah about that person liking my sister....wow he kept that real quiet didnt he?"

 

"Yeah, I'm still in shock. I never thought that's he'd think about her like that." Elle said just loud enough for them both to hear but not so it seemed she was trying to get them to hear. So that's their game then...

 

"yeah,how long did you say he's liked her?"

 

"About three years. Or at least that's what he said. I don't know whether or not to believe him. Personally I think it's been longer than that."

 

"really long time then?"

 

"Definitely ages."
"Do you two have to sprout that pathetic pre-pubescent 'Like Oh my gawd I can belive me likes her seriously!' crap?" Casey snapped suddenly. "I doubt Lyra wants to hear which stupid little boy fancies her."

 

"you know...he's right elle...maybe we should tell her which as he called him 'stupid little boy' fancies her...."Jordan sai

"what are you yammering on about now jordan?"

 

"Really would you two just shut it?" Casey growled.
"Maybe we should. I don't think he's going to admit to it anytime soon."
