Mary ran back to the common room,she flopped down on the couch face first and cried her eyes out the rest of the day.

she sighed and walked up the stairs

"oi"jordan said grabbing her arm"i saw him...did you dump him?"he said

"Ly....you said you would!find...if you dont...im telling mum what he does to you....and everyone!"he said as he walked off

she sighed and headed to herbology

 

Casey saw the fight and walked over to Jordan, it was obvious Lyra wasn't going to say... "What's going on?" he asked "Lyra's was acting weird all through last lesson...."

 

"weird huh?"he said"welll you know her boyfriend? he hits her...alot...i kept saying she should dump him,but she wont because he loves her and he wont do it again..."jordan said

 

"What you're serious?" Casey asked in shock "Where's the stupid little m*ther f*cker..." He growled to himself looking around "I'm gonna beat 10 colours of f*ckin' sh*t outta him..."

james sighed he saw his friends and walked over

"Fine..." Casey snarled, he knew just what this sort of thing did to people... He still remembered finding out about his uncle as plain as day. "If I see anything either I'll kill him..."

Casey looked as though he was fighting with himself inside his head... "I gotta go..." he said quickly and ran off towards the Greenhouses. I know I'm not ment to say anything, but I can't just... ignore it... And I can't, I have to sort these things out, it's my job... But she'll kill me... I just won't say where I heard it... It's just a rumour I heard...

Casey walked into the Herbology classroom "Excuse me Professor? I was wondering if I could have a quick word with Lyra Spinett." He said looking across the room at her.
