"I wouldn't quite put Alex in the same catagorey as Zane..." She said un-folding the dress and gazing down at the dirty and now faded golden skirts.

 

"good point..."she said

 

"Not at all..." She sighed

 

"Yeah,hes nothing like him...in anyway..."she said folding a shirt up

 

"You think it's worth me getting this cleaned? It's a bit messed up know..." Elle asked trying to change the subject. Indicating the ball gown and it's deeply embedded stains

 

"Probley not..."she said

 

"Shame I got mud on it... First time I felt properly pretty... Instead of just... I dunno..."

 

"yeah,shame...its nice...goes with your hair and eyes..."

 

"Thanks... Oh well... I'd never wear it again anyway... Can barely look at it right now..." She sighed crassly folding it and throwing it into her trunk.

 

she picked up trousers and folded them

 

"And I feel sick again... Great..." She muttered dispondedly as she almost threw some more of her belongings into a smaller bag.

 

"how many times have you acttauly been sick today?"

 

"Three or four..." She sighed "Insane I know... And I just want to cry all the time..."

 

"you'll get over it...."she said"maybe not the sickness...but the wanting to cry..."

 

"I hope..." Elle mumbled as she shook the contents of the bag a little "I just feel so freakin' messed up right now... I just... "

 

"Just what?"

 

"I don't understand... I'm the one that bolted the morning after... Before he'd even woken up. And I'm the one who..."

"Who wanted somthing to happen between us... When I think about it all I feel so stupid!"
