Ada watched her from a bench a few yards away. The girl looked upset..

she sighed looking up,the only thing that said it was lyra,was her eyes,emerald green

 

It started raining, And Ada felt sorry for the girl, who was about her age. She walked over to her, tapping her shoulder.

 

she turned"Ada?"she said

 

Ada looked at her, "Hey wait, do I kno- Lyra?!"

 

"Yeah..."she stood up

 

"Wow, Your hair, It looks amazing! I didn't even recognise you! Only your eyes are the same" She said,

 

Yeah,kinda wanted it that way..."she said with a smile,then it fell"so i dont look like her"she muttered

 

Ada sighed.."What happened?" She asked, pulling Lyra towards a empty muggle cafe.

 

she bit her lip"you know my parents kept fighting right? its no secret everybody knows...of corse you know...well..."

 

Ada looked at her sadly.."You don't need to tell me, I can see it reflected in your eyes. They've finaly snapped havent they?"

 

she nodded" he left us.....he went...without me...."

 

Ada smiled warmly. "Hey, don't be sad, Once he's found a place to stay, I'm sure he'l let you stay with him. I mean Hey, At least you can still see your dad" Ada murmered the last scentence.

 

"Your dad hasnt....has he?"Lyra said looking up at her

 

Ada blinked away tears..."Yeah, last week. Died in a duel"

 

"Oh my god..Ada..."

 

Ada looked up sadly, "Ministry b*stards didnt even tell us, we found out by one of his mates"

 

"oh im so sorry..."

 

Ada blinked, sighing.."No, Its okay, and anyway, back to your problem, whats wrong with your relationship with your mum. I sensed the venom in your voice when you talked about her earlier"

 

"Its her fault her left! i hate her!"
