"Better hurry up... This can't be good..." Elle muttered hurriedly climbing over the back of the sofa.

 

lyra hurried out just in time to see the potions teacher,shoving jordan through the crowd,saying something to him,lyra glanced at the other person being taken away..."zane?"she said

 

"Jordan!" Elle sighed in disbeilef and disapointment. "Idiot...."

 

she put a hand over her face.."tell please...tell me he didnt just fight with zane...if mum come's...she'll kill him...."Lyra said"c'mon...lets go see him..."

 

"Yeah... we prob'ley should..."

 

she pushed her way through the crowd"why would he do that though? is he really that stupid?"

 

"Or maybe he loves you that much?" Elle suggested "Wow.... that was sensitive for me..."

 

"Maybe...he doesnt show it...much..."Lyra said"But why fight with zane? he never done anything...maybe hes in a bad mood..."

 

"He think he's the one who spiked ya drink." Elle explained

 

"Might not have been though..."she said oepning the doors to the dungen"there was other guys there..."

 

"I don't think they'd do that, Zane's always been a like strange...I know all those other guys pretty well..."

 

"well i dont think zane would do that...."lyra said stopping at a door when she herd voices,she oped it wide enough for her and elle to see inside

jordan was sitting with his back to them,slouched in the seat

 

"But how much about him do you really know?" Elle whispered peering in from under Lyra's arm.

 

"enough to know he wouldnt do that..."she whisperd

"now mr spinett...mind saying way you attacked the boy?"

"not to you i dont..."Jordan said

"your in enough trouble already..dont start this..."

she could tell the way he was moving his arms,that he had his 'i dont gie a f*ck...why am i even here' look on his face

 

"Come on Jordan... don't make this any worse for yourself..."

"you are...now you do know...that if you do one more thing wrong....you'll be suspended from school..."

"really...well we'll see what you have to say once your parents are up at the school..."

"whatever..."he said getting up and heading for the door

 

"Jordan..." Elle sighed again.

she stepped away from the wall again.she had moved so the teacher wouldnt see them"are you as stupid as you look?!"she said"what were you thinking saying that you dont care if your suspended?!"

"I was thinking i was being honest....whats the big deal? i dont care...."

 

"It's just suspention Ly, it's not like it's perminate." Elle smirked.

 

"I know...but hes been suspend before....and if your suspended more than once...thats it...you can kiss your wand good-bye..."lyra said"is that what you want jordan? your wand snapped? better yet...your neck? cos mum's gonna murder you!"
