A"nd I thought I had it rough in my 4th year."

 

"I think i did get mine burnt off..."Lyra said"if it was like that the first one...whats the rest gonna be like? oh my god..! we could die! we would never see our families again! and..and...and...and.."she said breathing heavily

jordan hit her"drama queen! get over it! hello? you just took on a dragon! whats worse than that?!"

 

"Leave her alone Jordan, you'd of kacked yourself if you'd just been out there." Casey snapped at him.

 

he rolled his eyes"i know...but dieing? if that dragon didnt kill you...i doubt anything else will..."jordan said

"Jordan be quiet..there will be more dangerous things than a dragon in this thing..."Lily said"why dont you go back to the common room and get a sleep or something...you must be knackerd after all that..."

"thats what i was planning to do...."she said walking to the door of the tent"anybody else going to the castle?"

 

"Nah, I'm gonna stay down here for a bit." Casey said looking around at his back again, the skin felt as though it was tightening.

 

she nodded,then made her way upto the castle,once inside the common room,she went to her dorm and puther pj's on,she had got cleanned and everything,she put a zipper on and went and sat on the couch,flicking through a book

 

A hour or so later Casey dragged himself up to the common room. Instantly he collapsed onto a vacant chair. "And that is why you should be grateful you just have a brother."

 

"yeah...i would be...if it wasnt jordan..."Lyra said

 

"At least you don't have Little Miss Brunette Barbie and the biter babies."

 

"Guess your right..."Lyra said"what happpend after i left? they gone home?"

Derek slowly turned a page of a book he had borrowed comepletly oblivious to what was gong on around him...

 

"I think so, but Mum's got it into her head to stay in Hogsmead for the day. That and the twins want to look at Honeydukes." Casey sighed "I'm never going near a f*cking dragon again. I think I might of had my hair singed off..."

 

"im not going near anything that can breath fire again..."Lyra said"these burns hurt..."

 

Derek stole a quick glance at his surroundings... as far as he could tell they're were only two other people in the room...

 

"Tell me about it,I swear it did actully singe my a**." He laughed "Still, the next one should be less, well burney."

 

Derek slowly moved to a slightly darker corner so as not to be disturbed and curlled into a small ball, shaping himself so he could read his book...

 

"Yeah....hopefully"she said
