The New Era

"I promise that I will never do anything stupid, but you I make no promises." Des joked, kissing Ni.

 

Ni kissed back "You are such a freak." then playfully pushed him.

 

"Owwwwww."

 

Ni leaned over him, "Sorry, you ok?"

 

"Yeah i was just kidding." he started to tickle her.

 

"No...don't...stop...it...!" Ni laughed

 

"Don't stop? Okay."

 

Ni couldn't stop laughing "Don't..do...that!" She started to try and tickle him back.

 

Des stands up. He quickly grabs and holds on to Ni.

 

Ni looks up at him.

 

"Stay very still."

 

"What?!" Ni asked

 

"Get down!" Des yells pulling her down. Arrows flew over their heads.

 

"F***!" Ni rolled, grabbed her bag with her clothes in and pulled out her gun belt. She tried to strap it on around her hips. "What the hell?"

 

"Ambush!" someone yells before being shot down by arrows. "Duck and weave."Des said grabbing her hand. He led her through thick grass.

 

"Oww. It's bloody prickly in here."Ni rubbed her legs, she was still in her swimsuit. Ni drew her gun. "You're gonna get me killed, ya know."

 

"Keep going forward. Wait for me at the end of the feild. I left my pack."

 

Ni ran in front of him "I'm not losing you again. If you go I go."

 

"Fine." Des runs back to get his pack.

 

Ni follows after.
