Nice band here. They categorize themselves as "popular song / acoustic / healing & easy listening." Very relaxing, their voices have a nice blend. Mornintimes I actually quite like this song, it is catchy and has a really uplifting feel to it. I wasn't sure about it at first, but it grew on me throughout the song. I will remember you Hmmmm this one I am in two minds about, it was sweet, but something seemed off. Goodnight Song I really loved this one, it is really nice, and perfect summer evening listening <3 Freely With You Cute song, sugar sweet cute. Sadly it froze half way through ._. I have not learnt Again nice song, but a little generic. Fall in Perfect easy listening, chilled. After Didn't particulary stand out. Nice but bleh. Good As New I really liked this one :D I think this might be my favourite of all the songs on their page. Thanks Misty, I actually quite like these, and I admit I wasn't sure what to expect because recently I haven't liked some of the ones you have posted. These, I like <3
I've been looking for new bands to listen to and I like them actually. Thanks for suggesting some of the songs to listen, I like them a lot.
This is really sweet sounding. I would say that they deserve a studio recording, since I would love to listen to mornintimes with a studio quality. I think they still have to work on not sounding so nasal. I could hear how at some points they don't really assimilate their style correctly. Also some of the harmonies are off. I actually loved when they broke into the first harmony because it was strong, and clear, pretty good, but it could have been better, especially the "in" since that was off. The way they keep saying different things throughout the song is actully pretty cool, but should be practiced not to commit mistakes, such as overpowering each other. When to sing lower, and not also was important. I believe they still have ways to go, but this style is so lovely. If they practice these songs better, and learn to cut back on nasal, then they can be really amazing.
Yeah I have been listening to a lot of the depressing lo-fi stuff lately but I needed a nice "lay in the grass and just chill" music for the summer. :> I guess I've kind of developed a taste for nasaly voices, I like the whole "not perfect but still beautiful" sound.
