The Maximum Ride: The Escape

"...I will" she said after a while "If we see each other again remember that I still owe you for saving me."

 

Nate then took Devon and went looked for the group again... they probably didnt get far so he went back to pensylvania where he found some of them but kept looking for birdboy and emo girl

 

"Not likely..." Cian stated starting to walk off. "I can't hide my wings..."

 

ooc lol emo girl? well she does act emoish but she's not!

she shook her head and wiped her eye before walking along the side of the road

buc: nate foun the bird kid and popped out of the shadows with Devon and said "hey"

 

ooc: Why does everyone refer to him as Bird-Boy? he doesn't talk to birds that much anymore and his wings are normally immobile...

Cian ignored him, and looked back out at her. At least they can all still have normal lifes... He thought to himself, continuing to stare out at her...

 

"Hey bird-dude, you alive? if you want to be with her so bad follow her"

she pulled out a phone from her pocket and dailed a number

 

"It's not that..." Cian explained. "It's just i can't have a normal life..."

 

"sure you can, ever seen x-men? just get a really big jacket"

 

"Do you have any idea how much that hurts?" Cian asked looking at him. "Those arseholes who gave me the wings actually tried it, trust me it hurts like hell..."

 

she walked while she talked on her pink razor that had a little charm hanging from it "I want to make the deal.....no I wont...I would say 'nice talking to you' but it wasnt" she hanged up and put the phone back in her pocket

 

Cain sighed, and continued to stare out at her. I wonder what a normal life is like... He asked himself, absent mindedly following her...

 

she saw a truck coming from behind her and held out her hand for it to stop. There was a male driving and a woman passenger "May I have a ride?"

"Where you're going?" The woman asked

"as far as you're willing to take me."

"Get in the back."

 

Cian continued to walk comepletly oblivious to what he was doing...

 

"Hold on" she said to them when she saw Cian "Need something?" she asked him after walking up to him

 

"Huh?" Cian asked only just realising where he was. "Oh, s*it!"
Cian quickly positioned his wings so that the trucj driver couldn't see them. "Nothing, just wondering what a normal life is like..." He explained. "Guess i must of followed you while i was lost in my thoughts..."

 

"Want to come along? I do owe you."

 

Cian's mouth opened slightly. "Ok..." He agreed. "But what about my wings?"

 

"Dont worry. I know these people, they helped me get here. They help 'people like us'"
