"Yes, I think he's as ready as he can be. I'll take responsibilty for introducing reality to him." Switch answered, seriously. She looked at the moniters, watching for Neo to call.

 

OOC: Won't call until Riku is here XD

Morpheus nodded after a moment of silence."..Very Well..once we hear from Neo, we can prepare."

 

Sepa woke up and snuck out of a window in the hospital.

 

OOC: yep. ^^ good idea.

BIC: "Alright." Switch agreed.

 

"What happened?" Eva asked quickly as soon as Neo was with her.

 

The Smith's moved on from the area.

 

Neo landed in the alleyway in the Warehouse and quickly entered,shutting the door behind him.He panted slightly and glanced at Eva."..We're safe,for now.." he explained.

 

"I want answers then," Eva said. "Before... you mentioned a 'matrix.' What is it?"

 

"The Matrix is a simulated reality created my sentient machines.."Neo explained,doubting she would understand at all.

 

Eva's jaw dropped for a moment, but she quickly composed herself. "Um... is there a simpler version?"

 

Sepa made his way to an abandoned warehouse that he thought might be safe. He walked in and saw a man talking with a classmate of his, Eva. The man looked like he might be with the girl that saved him and his brother, so he walked up to them, his arms in bandages.

 

Neo took a deep breath,knowing all along that she wouldn't get it.What do you expect from a 16 year old girl?"..Everything around you is a simulation,it isn't the reality you think you know.There is a war between Machines and Humans and--"

"Neo,stay silent and keep hidden,there are Agents searching the area."Morpheus warned him quickly and silently.

Neo froze and looked around at the door he locked,he faced Eva and urged her to find a place to hide.It wasn't until Sepa came in at the worst possible time that he questioned Morpheus."Morpheus..this--''

"Juda's brother,under Switches care..I'll need to explain later,right now,find a place to hide them." Morpheus urged him,glancing at Switch form the corner of his eye.She had added another possible casualty.

Neo stood up and faced Sepa."..Watch over her,hide,keep her safe until they move along..go!"

 

Switch watched the moniters, a frown on her lips as she watched the three.

Aurora looked at Morpheus and then Switch, taking her que to stay quiet as well. Whatever's happening isn't going very well, I wish everyone would come back.

 

"Alright." he said. "Come on Eva." He took her hand and looked for a place to hide.

 

Eva pulled against Sepa. "No, wait! Uncle Thomas, what's going on?"

 

He cried out and held his arm as she pulled against him.

 

"They're back again!..get going,I can't guarantee your safety right now!" Neo said silently,but with high intensity.

"Wait..wait.."Morpheus said silently,telling Neo to slow down.Something seemed to be affecting his vision..or perhaps something else he couldn't explain was going on."..Switch,scan the ship,check for anything that needs repairs..and keep on the look-out for Sentinels." he asked her.

Despite being told to calm down,Neo still kept a close eye on the door.

 

Eva relented and let Sepa lead her away. Just this morning I was worried about my Calculus test... and now... She watched the floor pass beneath her feet, tears forming in her dark brown eyes. I feel like Alice in Wonderland... except I know I'm still in my home.

 

Switch nodded sharply and took over the computer that wasn't showing the matrix. She did a ship wide scan and looked carefully for anything wrong or out of place.

 

He found a hole under some stairs and led her in there. "Don't worry, I don't think they can find us here." he said, holding her close so they couldn't be seen.
