I had an argument with my family. And gosh am I ever so tired of this dynamic.

I've been considering a move, since I feel it might be time. But it's a really big step. One which I might not be ready to take.

One of my regulars at work comes in with a Trump shirt on sometimes. He's not the brightest customer and I feel like he's pretty representative of the Trump fanbase.

My school's launched an initiative to get our public safety officers armed w/ guns sometime in the next year, and the sheer amount of people asking for students to be allowed to open carry is pretty terrifying.

I have a feeling the only reason there's a Kilgrave fandom at all is because it's David Tennant. I mean, I know I have questionable taste in the characters I decide to call my babies. But I also have no illusion that they are very dangerous individuals.

Loki, Clu 2.0, Amon, Peter Hale etc and so forth.

 

All I want to do is play No More Heros, but there's so much that keeps getting in the way. Why can't I just play my Suda 51 game? ;-;

settle a debate khv: what do you think of when someone says "a couple" of something?
ex. my boyfriend said "a couple dozen years" and I said I hadn't been alive that long and he said yeah but almost because you're only three years away from 24. I said "a couple" to me means two or more, for him it's usually two

Well... a couple does mean two exactly. A few means between three and five, I believe.

 

Um, it depends? As long as it's a reasonable distance from two. My aunts used to call my two brothers and I a "couple of nutcases" and I figured it was part of the joke. If someone says a "couple of hundred years" and it was actually like, 209 years I'm not gonna hound someone for it. However when I think a "couple dozen" I explicitly think 24 or 26 depending on the kind of dozen so.

Nintendo doesn't release any gba games on the 3DS eShop IIRC, I think they claim it doesn't emulate properly or something.
