To anyone who doesn't know, Awesome Games Done Quick 2014 started yesterday, which is a non-stop event where they speedrun games for about a week, and they're donating for cancer prevention.

Same, although it can be entertaining at times to watch a normally 10+ hours long game like Half-Life finished within a half hour.

Yeah but some the tricks they use almost feel like they're ruining what the experience is supposed to be

I like speedruns when they don't use glitches or exploits.

I'm sure you'd find the OoT speedruns disgusting then. That game is so borked.

I don't mind glitches. They're called speedruns for a reason. If they exist in the game, then I don't see why not.
codes and whatnot are obviously out of line though.

I don't mind since it's already a speed run. I've never been much a fan of them, so meh.

Yeah but that's like ignoring context to me. Making treasures look how they weren't designed to be seen. Idk, it's probs just me.
This is the best post in this thread

So is this Powerpuff Girls thing I keep seeing advertised a sequel or remake or what? They better promote it by playing the original, I don't want these kids thinking it's a new thing or something.

If they do, eventually they'll google it if they like it and BAM!

They've played the movie a couple times

So I'm making a Powerpoint for a poem that I had to read/analyze, and it needs to be to music

Naturally, I'm digging through every Square OST I have
I love being able to do these things~ c:

Because Square's OSTs are full of some of the best tracks I can think of to put behind this. Plus, JRPG references in an AP Lit class are always great.

Hate to be a bother, but I'm wondering if this song actually works well with this poem. I feel a bit biased considering this track in particular is a fav of mine.

And I'll gladly take recommendations if you've got any.
