The Lost Ones

" No. I..I won't do it." Lament said as she crossed her arms and started walking away, being stubburn.

 

"Well I refuse to sleep in that house" thorn said as he sat down on the ground, also being stubborn.

 

" W..well you're free to d..d..do what you want, b..but I won't take you h..h..h.house from you." Lament said as she continued walking.

 

"I dont even want the stupid house" thorn said as he layed down on the ground floor, as the rain poored on him.

 

Lament stopped and looked back at him. She realized he must be freezing without his jacket. She walked over to him and put his jacked back on him. " Please go inside. I don't want you to freeze to d..death." She said trying really hard not to shiver and stutter.

 

"I aint goin" thorn said stubbornly. He honostly was freezing, but he refused to listen to reason

 

Lament knelt down next to him. " P..please." She said.

 

"No way. I like the outside, it is comforatable" he said stubbornly.

ooc: this only does a bit more proving of that little test that I showed you before when comparing thorn to a chimp

 

" Yes, but not in the rain. Please just go inside. Please." Lament said.

 

Thorn looked at Lament for a second, and finally said "Fine", as he slowly started to get up, and he headed for the tree. "Where are you going to go then" he asked.

 

" Don't worry, I'll find somewhere. This forest is huge. And besides it's a part of me." Lament said smiling.

 

"Tgh. You said that I might freeze to death, yet you do not have concern for your own safety. Please, if anything, just sleep in the house. If you honostly insist on me sleeping in the house, then I will only sleep on my couch, and that is it" thorn said.

 

" No. I'll sleep on the couch." Lament said.

 

Thorn started to walk up the stair case within the tree, and his voice echoed when he said "I am sleeping on the couch, and that is final"

 

Lament sighed. " Fine." She said, she was just happy that he wasn't going to spend the night in the freezing cold rain. She followed behind him up the stairs.

 

Thorn opened up a door at the level of the tree where the tree house was, and when he walked through the door, he entered into what appeared to be quite a large house. There were a few strange looking rooms, and the place seemed to have a lot of strange plants, some of them even thought to have been extinct. What appeared to be a sort of sloppy looking couch was in the middle of the room, along with two others, all surrounding a fire place. "Bedrooms over there" thorn said, pointing to a room on the right

 

Blade was thinking about what happened "i guess there can never be peace, but one thing for sure is im not working tor this king anymore" Blade said

 

" Oh wow." Lament said looking around.

 

Thorn then walked over to the first couch, and layed down on it. "It isn't that impressive" he muttered

 

" Yes it is." She said.
