The Lost Ones

Thorn kept walking into the same direction, though the voice was feint

 

back at the forest city there where complaining voices from the hospital, Erif had against everyone's recommendation left his bed and was now trying to get out of the hospital

 

" But you know Lament we can't help you with everything. Just as we know that you can't do everything for us. " Said one of the spirits on the right.
" Yes I know." Lament said.
" Ok then your new outfit will be with you soon, trust me, you'll know it when you see it, and you will see it before the party begins." Said the middle spirit.
" Thank again." Lament said standing up. She walked across the pond and into the woods. But she heard footsteps, " Who's there?" She asked.

 

"PARTY!!!!!!!" thorn yelled as he jumped out through the bushes, all excited. "Party party party party" he chanted as he ran around.

Lament was so surprised when he popped out of the bushes and started laughing as he chanted.

 

Blade walked into the forest and saw them. He had a cape on and a huge sword on his back

 

"Where is this party of which you speak? I am an expert in the art of partying" thorn said to lament.

 

"Way to lie Thorn"The kid from before said appering behind him

 

"Kid, you've never even been to a party. I am the master of partying" thorn said, as he looked down angerly at the kid

" It's at Ren's house. Do you want to go?" Lament asked him.

 

Blade leaned on a tree and waited for them

 

"I have seen you in the city"the kid thought

 

"If love to party. I would go to any party. But am I aloud to go? I mean, I am after all a wanted criminal. Hmmmm. I might get captured. Even killed by the king himself. For all I know, they might torture me for every other second of my life, and then the king will disgrace me by ruining my grave. Hmmmmm, my future could turn pretty bleak because of this.........I choose the party" thorn said with a happy face

 

"then you should disguise yourself" Blade said

 

Lament smiled. She was happy that he was coming.

 

"Erif won't like this"the kid said

 

It took half an hour, but Kain got back to his house at Sol. He looked in his mailbox and saw a letter about a party. Then he poked his head out the window and saw the smiling girls and the men who were poking theur ears. "Well, that explains that. This is a really messed up city."

He put his invitation in his pocket and pulled out a black tuxedo blazer and a black trench hat out of his closet. He threw them on and went to the address that was printed on the invitation.

 

Thorn grinned. "Who cares what Erif thinks. He doesn't trust me anyways. Not like it matters. Besides, it will be fun. I will be the honored guest of Lament" thorn said with a grin. He then turned to blade. "And by the way, I'm actually quite shocked that you are not attacking me. Is there a reason for that?"

 

"I don't trust anyone"Erif's voice said

 

Lament's eyes shined when she heard that he was going to be her honored guest.
