The Lost Ones

" Umm ok. So how's your shoulder and your ankle?" She asked.

 

"It's ok" thorn lied. Actually, both looked infected, and sort of puffy.

 

" Is something wrong?" Lament asked sensing that something was wrong.

 

"Nope" thorn lied. Of course there was something wrong. No one in his orginization trusted him, he was being hunted by all of the kings soldiers, his wounds were infected, plus, it still hurt to walk. He couldn't be any worse.

 

" Yes there is, I can tell. Please tell me." Lament said softly.

 

"Honostly, there is nothing to tell." thorn said. He didn't want to get her involved into his buissness or anything, or else he didn't know what the RBM would do about it.


Blaise grinned. He was completely cloaked, invisible, as he watched. Oh boy, they're gonna love this. Lover boy tryen to protect the enemy. Discusting

 

" Ok then I won't pressure you if you don't want to tell me, but if you ever do want to tell me I'll alway's listne ok?" Lament said.

 

"Ummmmm" thorn said, wandering off in thought. That wasn't exsactly the answer that he had expected, and now she was making him feel really guilty.

 

Lament chuckled. " Here while you stare out in space I'll go get something for your wounds. They must be still hurting." She said and walked off to get some herbs.

 

Thorn sighed, as he sat down. "Man, what the hell am I doing" he muttered. He found no sense in the fact that he himself, was letting the enemy heal him. FUrthermore, his enemy was WILLING to heal him, with no complaints or anything. Worst of all, the only thing he ever really had done was fight against them. He felt really terrible now.

 

Lament came back carring a bundle of plants with the roots still dangaling from them. " Ok let's see your shoulder first that one probably hurts the most." She said as she dropped the bundle and got on her knees next to him.

 

"I can do it myself" thorn said childishly.

 

" But you don't know how to use the herbs right." Lament said.

 

Thorn grumbled. "Fine, but just hurry" he said. He didn't know how herbs were used what-so-ever, so he didn't know what to do.

 

Lament rolled her eyes and started ripping the plants from the roots. Then she took the roots and started ripping them appart untill they were quite small. " Um I kinda need to see the wound." She said inicating that his shirt was in the way.

 

Thorn took off his shirt. He felt sort of weird since it was his enemy that was healing him. Man, I really have bad luck when it comes to hitten on girls he thought

 

Lament looked at the wound. " Oh wow this is really infected. How come you didn't tell me?" She asked as she quickly started putting the roots on it.

 

"There wasn't a reason to. It's not that bad" thorn said.

 

Blade was watching the 2 "why is she helping him" Blade thought to himself

 

" But it is bad. You should have told me." She said as she finished putting them on. These kinds of roots actually got absorbed into the wound itself and heals it from the inside.
