The Light V.S The Darkness Begins

"Mixt?" Kira hesitantly took a step toward the figure, watching him warily. Her hand burned, but she ignored it, looking at Mixt. What was with him?

 

Mixt held a hand up to his head. "Here's some advice kid, don't die."

 

"What?" Kira's eyes widened in surprise. "What's wrong Mixt? Why are you...."Different. the voice resounded in her head.

 

Mixt: I'll be fine. My soul just needs to adjust to this body

 

"Okay...." Kira stepped a little closer. "Do you know where I can get some new clothes? I just tried the dress on and...somehow left that place?" Her mind rejected what she had faced in the darkness.

 

Mixt: You don't have to hide what happened. Sonic's not good about hiding his presence so I can guess what happened. At anyrate, what kind of cloths are you looking for?

 

Kira smiled. "Truth is one of the harder gifts to give. I need combat clothes." She gestured toward the dress. "If something happens, I can't fight in this."

 

Mixt drew symbol in the dirt with his finger and it began to glow. A moment later he was holding some clothes for her. "It's a modified version of what you had before. However this is more form fitting for mobility and it's made of fabricated armor. It may feel like cloth but with a quick change in pressure it becomes harder than steel."

 

Kira took the clothes, surprised. "Thank you." she said, smiling. "Do you mind if you.." she motioned with her hand for him to turn around.

 

Mixt turned the other way as soon as she had grabbed the clothes. "Let me know when you're done" Mixt walked out of the room leaving Kira alone.

 

Kira smiled, then slipped out of the dress. She slipped into the clothes, smiling in satisfaction. They fit her perfectly. She reached into one of the pockets and with a cry of delight, pulled out a spiked cord. She braided her hair quickly, weaving the cord into it. "I'm done!" she called, checking to make sure everything was in place.

 

Mixt entered the room "So do you like it? It would take me literally two seconds to make any changes"

 

"Its perfect." she smiled, twirling around. "Do you happen to have any weapons lying around?" Her hair whipped around her like a cord.

 

Mixt: I don't keep an arsenal, I make anything I want into any weapon I want. Just name it and it's yours. And fair warning, I like to give things a few "upgrades."

 

"Hmmm...I used to fight with sais...do you know what they are?" she half smiled expecting him to say no.

 

Namou appears in front of the younger mixt out of a portal in the sky dressed up in a new suit of mithrilite armor. he then says to him " well i see youve found your way back to life after that battle with gex"

 

There was a flash of light and Mixt was spinning the hilt of one on his fingers while the other one rested in his remaining hand. "You know your weapons, most people would of asked for a dagger before a sai"

Mixt: I knew my death was coming soon, so I set up safeguards. I'm sure you would do the same if you knew how...

 

Gex stood in the center of a town. The corpses of light bearer and darkness dwellers layed everywhere. No one was left.

Gex looked up into the night sky.

Gex: this is the only way to stop this fighting, by removing all the contestants.

 

i am eternal and therefore.. i cannot be killed.
