I know it's plain but i spent some time on it so i think its good CnC i guess

 

It doesn't always have to be all colorful to be good. Sometime, people forget that even the simpler of colors is of great beauty to the human eyes. -

The text could be a bit better. It looks all messed up with the ackward slant that's going on. Needs some blending, perhaps to make it look bigger on the capitals. The background is all fuzzy with like 3-4 special effects going on... Consider feathering the render, then duplicating it a bit to smudge/grussian blur and move it around so atleast the fuzziness won't be the main attention of the BG. FG needs work on, no doubt about it. xD

All in all, it's good. Just lack a creator's interest it seems (the colors are vivid, but nonetheless perfect choice that was executed with the wrong plan of graphic choices). Keep trying, and maybe this time when making a grunge BG (it seems), try to add some other brushes that isn't just plain grunge (it's possible for just grunge, but it's sometime hard to make it look good with the render(s) or other special effects). I say smudge the render's hair so it'll have a smudgy feeling at the head point, which seems to be the main attraction with those spike hairs. :P

I'm not hating on the colors, since I really like to use B/W.
The whole thing is really dull, and the render isn't so hot either. Try to avoid using DBZ renders, since they tend to be extremely 2D and very difficult to use. I'm not in any position to criticize your text, since I'm REALLY bad at it, but don't make it stick out so much.
