The Legend of Dragoon

Michael picked up a wooden sword and handed one to his young student.

"Show me that attach you used to take down that bear, big brother."

Michael laughed. "You are a little young for that one. Besides, you don't even know how to use the sword yet. Come on, let's get started."

The two sparred for a while.

"I think I'm getting the hang of it. Now you will show me that attack, right?"

"Maybe next year, young one. Now go inside, grandma's calling you."

The kid smiled and ran inside, the other kids followed.

"That was fun, but now I'm getting hungry. How about you, Kai?"

 

"Yeah. I'm starving."

 

"Ok, let's go in. I'm sure my grandparents would like to meet you."

 

"I would love to meet them."

 

The two went inside.

"How have you been, Michael? We wondered when you were going to pass through town again. Oh, and it looks like you brought a guest."

"Yes, grandma. I would like you to meet Kai, my girlfriend."

"It's a pleasure, miss. You can just call me Lyn."

 

"Nice to meet you, Lyn. Your grandson is great person!"

 

"Yes, he is a sweet child. He was so cute when he was little. We were saddened when our daughter Sarisa died, but we were glad that Michael was born. But tell me Michael, what happened to your father, Alastor?"

"He was murdered, by my adopted brother Edrick. Thankfully, father's soul is at rest."

"I bet you two are hungry. I was just finishing cooking lunch, would you like to join us?"

 

"Yes, please. I'd love to try some."

 

Everyone sat down and ate.

"As always, your cooking is delicious, grandma."

Just then, a man carrying a bundle of wood came in the house.

He dropped the wood and smiled.

"Now look who's come to visit. How have ya been, boy?"

"Just fine, Grandpa."

Michael's grandpa noticed Kai. "I see you finally found love, Michael. Pleasure to meet you miss. Name's Garin, and you are?

 

"Kai. Nice to meet you, Garin."

 

Garin sat down to eat.

Michael turned to Kai. "So, what do you think of my grandma's cooking, Kai?"

OOC: Good night.

 

Awwww! Thy're in love! I knew it! BTW, a halfling is another name for a hobbit!

 

My god.....i had to read 6 pages.........*sigh*.....geez....I thought you guys were already in love....what happened? did you have an unannounced break up? And...I went to sleep yesterday at 9:00....my time....and you guys continued to post til MIDNIGHT! Yeah right I'm going to stay up that late.

BIC-I have no power.....why can't you just go wreck the place yourself?

 

OOC:Just as I thought......We live in different time zones..............We best get past this part of the storyline or it will be an endless cycle..........

 

On with the second storyline(Jeraxan's and Angel's)

 

Cliff walked in and said "Hey quys, what's up?"

 

OOC: Didn't think anyone else was going to log in today.

BIC: "Hey Cliff. How did you know where we were?"

 

"I was following you."

 

"What are you, a ninja or something? Well, since you are here, you might as well have something to eat."

 

"Thanks." he said, taking a seat. "I was just following you guys to see if you two would kiss."
