suddenly a blue dragon appeared in front of her, "welcome little one" chimed the sea blue dragon "blue dragon?" Sophia whispered, the dragon nodded. suddenly the dragon started to fade and everything went black. Sophia opened her eyes and found herself back in the castle, "what was that?" she said to herself.

 

Well.....any idea where we are?

This place has an eerie feel to it......

Gee...I'm strapped to a table with an evil person staring at me......I think it's a bright sun shiny day.

Michael shook some of the loose feathers from his wings. One of the castle guards approached Michael.

"Lord Ottmar requests your presence in the throne room."

"Tell him I am on my way."

The guard bowed and left.

"I wonder what Ottmar wants..." Michael thought as he walked to the throne room.

"Don't ask me, I'm not a mind-reader."

"But yet you know what I am thinking."

"Well, that's different."

"Whatever you say."

 

"why does everything feel wrong?" she said as she walked out the castle gates.

BIC:

Michael bowed to the king.

The king stood up, holding a black orb in his hand.

"I wanted to thank you for saving my kingdom."

He handed Michael the orb.

"This is of Keldon origin! How did you get it?"

"The first king of Tredor found it during a siege of a Keldon city. He took the orb and declared it a tresure of Tredor."

"Thank you. My people will be happy to get this orb back. Now if you will excuse me.."

Michael bowed and left.

"So, just what does that little trinket do?"

"This is the Orb of Orcrist. It is used to communicate with the souls of the dead that still roam the mortal plane. It was thought to have been lost long ago."

"I suggest we keep it for now. It might have some use on our journey."

 

Y'know....you might be right about that eeire feeling...

A sneak attack arrow punctured my heart when I was eating.

......you can't be serious.....

 

Michael headed back to his room. Along the way he ran into Mathias.

"Here ya go, kid. One new suit of armor. Must admit though, you picked a strange color fora guardian angel."

"I am no guardian angel...only a fallen one."

The armor was black, like Michael's wings. It looked more demonic than angelic, but it served his purposes.

"Got to get going. Come by the forge again sometime."

Mathias ran back to his forge, and Michael went into his room to put his new armor on.

 

Sophia walked to the nearest stream and sat next to it, she watched young boys running around with wooden swords, "this feels wierd." she whispered.

 

Michael looked in the mirror.

"Mathias really did a good job on this armor. It's comfortable, yet it provides a good defense."

Michael went back out to the balcony and flew around, seeing how well he could fly with his new armor.

 

Wow...dying while eating.......dragons have sharp senses eh?

Don't tease me....I was eating a flower that bloomed once in 3 years....tasted really good too....

Right....whatever........

 

Michael went to land on the balcony. As he touched down, however, he lost his balance and fell face first on the stone.

"Ow, I have got to work on my landings."

"Nice job." The dragon said as it laughed. "Are you clumsy, or just stupid?"

"Shut up, you stupid dragon."

"Just asking..."

 

*whistleing...even though I can't whistle*

 

Sophia touched the water and turned it into ice, the boys stopped and looked at the water, one of them pointed at Sophia and the other boys nodded, "fight, water one." the oldest boy shouted, all the boys had their wooden swords out. "what with?" she asked. the eldest boy threw a wooden sword at her. Sophia caught it easily. sophia waved it around, testing it. Sophia nodded and got into a fighting stance.

 

OOC: Sorry guys! I've got so many RP's that are going on.

BIC: Cliff came stumbling out of the woods. "S-sophia!"

 

Michael read the book of sword techniques he found in the library. He could now understand what was written in the book.

"Strange, before the trial of enlightenment, I was unable to comprehend what was written in these pages."

He yawned as he closed the book.

"Feeling a bit groggy, are we?"

"Hey, you try using powers you have never used before and wake up from being unconsious and see if you don't feel the same way."

"Relax, kid, I was only kidding. I know that battle took a lot out of you."

 

Sophia looked up and saw cliff "i'm here!" she looked a the boy "make your move, young one" she smiled, the boy nodded and started running to her, sophia easily sidesteped him and she hit him with the hilt of the sword. "ouch!" the boy shouted, quickly he turn and hit her on the back. Sophia nodded in aproval and counter-attacked.
