The Legend of Dragoon

*Jeraxan stared at the rock from a distance*
"Good............The Black Monster has left the area......now is my only chance....."
*Jeraxan thinks to himself*
(But what of the other two Dragoons? They both have an alloy to defend against my sword....................I guess I can't pick a fight with them now.........I need to get one of those amplifiers first...............Wait! I have an idea..........Sophia sensed the Black Monster, but she couldn't find her.........maybe if I point them in the right direction, they'll leave.........Especially when the other Dragoons need help.....)

*Jeraxan teleports infront of Sophia and Cliff*
"Lower your weapons, I am not here for a fight, I am here with a warning!"

 

Michael's newly augmented power allowed him to move at the speed of sound. By the time his opponent attacked, she was assulting an afterimage.

He yawned. "Too slow." He said as he delivered a quick chop to the back of his opponent's neck.

Overworked, the augmentor crumbled into dust.

"Should have held back on the amplification, but guess there is no use worring about it now."

Michael wondered if he should finish this demon now or spare it's life.

He found himself dragging the unconsious body of his enemy into the forest.

"I suppose even you deserve mercy, even you showed my village none."

He left his enemy there in the forest, as he went on his way to Sparil.

 

....ow.....

*sigh*.......well....are you happy now?

.....did he kill me?

No.....how do you think I'm still talking to you?

What a shame.....

Why do you want to die?

.....I once had a loved one.....I can't remember him anymore....soo....I figured he was dead.....

Throwing your life won't help this world.

She gets up and is already recovered in an hour from the power of darkness.

Sophia pulled out her sword again "why should i lower my weapon for you?" she asked.

 

"Yeah, why should we?"

 

All right....where is he?

He's.....northwest from here......the wind dragon says his apologies.

Tell him it's okay.....he was pretty fast......I wasn't paying attention....but he cheated using that rock....hmm.....maybe I should go pick up my share as well....I won't need it...but it can't hurt to prepare.

She makes a portal while running and the piece of rock is in her hand. She puts it away in her pocket.

 

"I've come to warn you about what you sensed, Sophia."

 

"And why are you helping us?"

 

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend, Dragoon."

 

He snickered. "That's a load of crap." He picked up the earth fragment and put his armor on. He tranformed into a dragoon.

 

*Turns toward Sophia*
"What you sensed earlier was the Dark Dragoon, more commonlly know as the Black Monster.............The one who destroyed Villgust......."

 

"What makes you think we're gonna believe you? The dragoons are here to protect the world, not destroy it!"

 

"Is that so? What about the raid on Bel Rash? Hmm? Did you protect them as well? Or destroyed?"

 

"I wasn't even a dragoon then."

 

Sophia looked away.

 

"There were Dragoons back then........Just as barbaric as they are now......."

 

"shut up!" Sophia shouted, both blue swords in her hands.

 

"Don't Beliveve me? I thought you wouldn't...........So I got this, just in case."
*Snaps his fingers, a book appears in his hand*
"Here, take it........"
*Tosses the book toward Sophia*

 

Sophia catches it and started to read it.

 

"What's it say?" he asked.
