Cliff saw her slash at the tree and asked "What's wrong?"

 

Sophia turned around quickly and nearly slashed at cliff, "oh, sorry." where are you?she thought. she walkd to the next tree and slashed at it, "someone's here," she said.

 

Luckily, she only slashed his shirt. "Whoa!" he said, jumping back. "Where are they?" he asked, taking out his Guan dao.

 

"i don't know." she stopped a minute and whipsered "aquaticus." the rain had started again. "amiculus ab hostis?" she whipsered.

 

"I'll find them." he said, sitting down. He closed his eyes and meditated. He became one with the earth. His 'vision' was blurry because of the rain. "Please stop the rain."

 

Amica. (that is the right tense.....right?....or something.....i never was that good in latin...:D )

Well......I'm not an enemy....that's for sure.....sort of.....I'm out of here......going back to the castle.....out of this "friendly" rain....

Good idea.....hope they got the message....

OCC- That top part not including the parentheses part is what she says aloud. And she's at the castle now.

 

OOC: i don't know i'm just getting it of the latin dictionary, it wouldn't make sense, so don't bother trying to translate it. do they still do latin in schools?
BIC: Sophia stopped the rain and just sat down.

 

"It seems that someone was indeed here," he said, "but they are gone now." He opened his eyes.

 

"humm," she got and walked to the trees that she slashed at.

 

He got up and stood next to her.

 

Michael stood on the balcony and played a few notes on his flute.

A few minutes later, a hawk flew overhead and dropped a piece of parchment from it's beak.

"Strange, I did not call for that hawk..."

He read the message written on it.

"Michael, come to the sacred forest spring in the forest northwest of Tredor, very urgent."

Utaros, High elder of Sparil."

"So, there are Keldon survivors in the area. Guess I will go see what Utaros wants that's so important."

He wrote a note and slipped it under Kai's door. Michael thought she would still be mad about the incident earlier, but still would let her know where he was going.

He hurried for Sparil.

 

Well........it's plural for "friend or enemy" right?

Wow....this place is dead........there's like no one here....last night this place was crowded with servants and guards......whatever...time to explore.

Two of the dragoons are here and the king should still be here as well.

Oh yeah.....the two love birds......

 

Michael reached the main entrance to the castle but stopped.

"I sense a dark power here, but it's not Jeraxan, so who, or what could it be..."

Then it hit him. He recognized this energy he felt. It was there when Villgust was devastated.

"The Black Monster...finally my chance for vengence."

Michael drew his sword and searched the castle for his prey.

 

*sigh*....it's none of my business anyway......let's just go through this castle and see whether or not it's intersting or boring....

Yes it i-......be on your guard...danger approaches......if you die...I do too.....or..at least I have to find another worthy candidate....and that could take forever....

He saw his enemy round the corner.

"So you are the one that slaughtered my village, and nearly drove my race to the brink of extinction. Why are you here? Have you not spilt enough blood, demon?!"

Without warning, Michael swung his sword at his opponent.

 

Whoa! She dodged the attack, backed away and drew two swords from the air.

....is he talking about the village?

Unfortunately yes.....I suggest you run but I have a feeling you're not going to.

This has gone on long enough....

She smirks underneath her hood.

If you want to kill me....do as you will......but you'll have to land a hit on me first.

 

Michael morphed into a dragoon and activated the augmentor fragment.

He focused the winds in the hall into daggers as he did before and sent them to attack.

 

Oh hell....

She made a wall of darkness and somehow managed to stay unharmed.

Now why didn't you listen to me?

The guy seeks vengence for me accidentally slaughtering his village......I think it's a pretty good reason to kill me.

YOU'RE A DRAGOON! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO SAVE THE WORLD!

Well then I'm a pretty pathetic dragoon then.

NO YOU ARE NOT! I've seen your skill with two swords....I know I've picked the perfect person. Your spirit is just lost.

 

"What's the matter? Aren't you even going to fight back?"

 

She makes the wall vanish.

Maybe......

A small shaft of sunlight somehow manages to reach her eyes underneath that dark hood. The eyes show sorrow, misery and self-pity. They don't show any bloodlust at all.

She sword slashes him but her movements are like she's already dead.

What's wrong with you?
