The Legend of Dragoon

Michael blushed as Kai put her hand on his shoulder, but still continued to play ast the last of the souls made their way to their resting place.

He stoped playing after all of them had left this plane.

He wiped his eyes.

"Thank you, everyone." He said, still blushing.

 

"It's the least I could do." he said, bowing.

 

Sophia stopped and said "thats what friends are for right?"

 

Kai blushed as she removed her hand from his shoulder. "Don't mention it," she said. "Guess we better our journey."

 

"There is nothing more we can do here. We must rest, then move on from here. I know not where though."

 

"We should go after that thing that attacked the village." he said.

 

"Yeah." Kai looked around, the village was ruined. "What is the Black Monster?"

 

"We don't know which way it went though, it left no trail for us to follow. I guess we should head to the castle of Tredor for now. There we can use their grand library to research how to defeat the black monster, and if there is anything to stop the Dragon Buster, because we don't know when Jeraxan will show up again."

 

"Good idea."

 

"yeah" Sophia agreed

 

"Well, the armor I was wearing was made with the hardest metal known to man." he said. "It was specifically made to counter the Dragon Buster. I could probably make some for you guys, but I'd need to get alot of that metal. And I just don't have enough money."

 

"What is this metal called, Cliff?"

 

"It's okay, Cliff." Kai walked from the group and outside the village. 'Why did this happen?'

 

Michael stood one of the larger stones among the rubble and carved these words in it.

Now all lie in eternal slumber, lives taken by the Black monster.

He left the village with the others, never stopping to look back.

 

"It's called Rothium." he said.

Kai walked with the others, her mind lost in thought.

 

Sophia walked on with the others; she was in deep thought about what the wingly had said. "the moon-child" Sophia said to herself.

"I know a smith in Tredor that works with Rothium, we can get some from him, if he still lives."

 

"Now all we need is the money to buy it." he said.
