Michael blushed.

"O-ok sure, I guess."

"Don't say anything!"

"Anything."

"Smartass.....you know what I mean."

 

"I just don't like thunderstorms." Kai grabbed onto Michael, when she heard some thunder.

 

"Do you want me to carry you in?"

 

"No, I can walk." Kai started to walk back to the inn.

 

Michael and Kai entered the inn.

Michael sensed Angel's energy.

"What are you going to do?"

"Don't know.....I was just about to ask you."

 

Kai saw Angel, and gasped. "I sense her energy........"

 

"I'm probably going to regret this later, but let's just leave her alone."

 

Kai nodded, and went upstairs.

 

Michael yawned as he went upstairs.

 

Kai stretched her arms, and turned to Michael.

 

"What is it?"

 

Kai blushed and turned from him. "Nothing...... I was thinking about my father......."

 

Michael layed down on the bed.

"Well, good night...."

 

Kai nodded and laid down on the bed, too.

"Good night, Michael....."

 

Michael kissed Kai on the lips before he went to sleep.

 

Kai smiled and fell asleep.

 

Michael wandered through his mind as his body was sleeping.

He entered a room in his mind that was like a library. Within, all of his knowledge was contained.

He grabbed three books in particular, they had everything he had read in the three forbidden tomes.

"Trying to decipher the meaning of that cut-off sentence?"

"Yes, I'm certain that the other two tomes had pieces of that sentence. I must have missed them."

"I'll leave you to your work then."

 

Kai walked through a part of her mind that looked Snowborne.

"This is where Michael and I confessed our love....."

She smiled at the memory. Then she walked to where his grandparents lived.

 

Michael nearly fell out of the chair he was sitting in. He had finally put together the fragmented sentence.

"The western wind has been sealed within these forbidden texts. You only need to open all three books and place a drop of blood in each to release its power.

"I take it you solved the mystery."
