Sophia walked out of the forest and saw michael she ran up to him and said "i heard your traveling somewhere, i want to go with you." she looked at the sky and said "i have a feeling that if i go with you i will find what cause the death of the divine dragon."

 

"You are free to come along if you want, just make sure you are ready for the journey. Just waiting for Kai to get here. But where is Cliff? He might want to come with us, so if you see him, ask him if he wants to join us. I will wait for you here."

 

Kai walked over to the gate to see Micheal talking with Sophia. "Micheal, Sophia, hey!" She ran over to them, gasping for air. "Hey, Sophia. Micheal, when do we leave?"

 

"We leave when cliff gets here. In the meantime, I'm going to catch something to eat. Hungry?"

 

"Sure," Kai said. She headed back to the inn and into the dining room. "Over here, you guys!"

 

Michael sat down at the table and ordered everyone a meal.

"Better enjoy the food, because it might be a while before we see another town."

 

"Thanks, Micheal," Kai said. "The food is good. I sure hope we all find what we're looking for."

 

"You're welcome Kai, but I wonder where Cliff is. He's late, and we need go get moving soon. If he isn't here in an hour, we will have to leave him behind."

 

"He's probably busy with something," Kai said. "Besides, we need to be a team, don't we?"

 

"True, we do need to be a team. So I guess we just wait for him then."

 

"I just need to be alone, for a while," Kai said, standing up. "Excuse me." She walked to the cemtery and found her father's grave. Kneeling at it, she said, "Father, please help me on this journey. Please."

 

Michael walked outside after eating to get some fresh air.

He pulled out his flute and started to play a song his father had taught him.

It was called Dragon's Requiem.

"For some reason I always feel at ease when I play this tune." Michael thought to himself as he played.

 

Kai heard the song and ran back into the village, she saw Micheal playing the flute. "Wow..." she whispered.

 

Michael quickly stopped playing and put the flute away.

"Oh, I didn't see you there Kai. Did you finish what you went to do?"

 

"Uh... yeah," Kai said, nodding her head. "I didn't know you played the flute. That was beautiful, where did you learn that?"

 

"The flute was given to me by my father. I don't know where he got it though.
As for the song, I always heard him humming it, so I just started playing it."

 

"I never was good at playing interuments," Kai said. "But I was good at singing."

 

"Do you know any good songs?"
