The Legend of Dragon 2

Michael walked around the village, looking for survivors. There were none to be found. He sat on a stump and buried his face in his hands, trying to fight back the tears. It pained him to see the slaughtered corpses of his people, the very ones he were supposed to guide and protect. He felt powerless.

 

Geryl looked at the corpses and shook his head.

 

Kai looked around, she fell to her knees. Feeling tears coming, she started to cry. "I feel so weak......"

Dante stood in a distance, just staring at the village.

 

Michael stood up and stared into the sky.

What should I do now? He thought.

 

Kai stood up, and walked toward Michael. "I never saw so much blood since I killed the people took my father."

 

I'll keep a steady flow of informaiton...if I get any....

 

Michael sighed. "We must leave here. The longer we stay, the lower the morale of our troops will get."

 

Kai ran from Michael and past Dante. Tears streamed down her face. She ran into Kyo.

"Kai? What's wrong?"

 

Michael flew up and noticed a familiar fortress to the west.

"K'eld Ner......I never thought I would see that accursed place again." He remembered the souls of the fallen warriors still bound there.

"Perhaps it's time to release them from their suffering...."

He flew towards the fortress.

 

"Nothing, father......." Kai felt something familiar and flew to the fortress. She landed. "Michael, what are you doing here?!"

 

"Getting some more troops for the army." He said as he entered the fortress. The souls of the fallen warriors cried out to Michael for release from their torment.

"All of you! I know not why you have been bound here, but I come offering you a way to escape your torment. A demonic force threatens the Keldon race. Fight alongside me, and I shall release you from your pain."

The most regal of the souls approached Michael.

"We would only serve the King of the Keldon, boy!"

Michael called forth his sword and pointed it at the spirit.

"Do you not recognize this blade? It is Kyozuko. Only the true king of the keldon is able to wield it."

The spirit gazed at the blade, then returned his gaze to Michael.

"We shall fight for you, my lord. You need only summon us." The spirit conjured up a spectral horn. "Blow that horn and we shall come to you, ready to fight."

With that, the spirits vanished.

 

OCC: I won't be on this weekend, starting on Thursday.

Kai sighed. She fell down, but Dante caught her. "Sister is tired, Michael. Lets go back."

 

"Right." Michael said as he dispelled his sword. He picked Kai up and flew back to the village.

OOC: I'll give you a recap of what happens while you're gone by PM.

 

She appeared beside Michael.

Well.....if you don't use me then what use am I to you?

 

Kretsen and the league stopped at the edge of a black desert, "we should summon them here!" Kretsen shouted, one of the gerenals nodded and started drawing a ۞ on the ground then he put eight black opals on the corners. The whole league cirlced the mark and started shouting something in their own language.

Sophia flew across the dark sky, knowing that it would rain soon.

 

.....whatever...hold on to that thought....master.....

She went back to the army and saw them doing something.

.......either they're summoning something...or they just like to shout randomly at each other........so......the question is...should I...or you...be concerned?

 

Suddenly black acid smoke wrapped around the league and kretsen making it impossible to see and get through without going through the acid smoke.

There was a clash of lightning and Rain fell heavierly down. Sophia stopped one of the rain drops and looked at it. It wasn't the clear rain you normaly, this time it was black. Sophia reached out and touched it, as soon she made contact, there was a loud hissing sound as the water burned her. Sophia's eyes widened and Dived down, "Everyone get cover, It's hujega rain!"

 

.......yeah.......um.....it's all dark here now.........and......I have a great sense of impending doom.......sort of......if I could feel....

She said to Michael through his mind.

 

There was a sudden roar and blue light shot out from the summoning mark. Three massive demons stood:




Kretsen started laughing and shouted, "hear me, great ones, a war has started and i know you are thristy for blood." The creatures looked at him then bowed.

Sophia gazed out to the rain and wondered what has cause it.

 

Geryl watched teh demons. WHat are they?
