What type of monster card, and what special abilities would they have?

 

Chrom from Fire Emblem Awakening.

I'm thinking:

Attribute: Light

Type: Warrior

ATK/2600 DEF: 2100

Effect: This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. Control of this card cannot switch. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent.

Something along those lines.

 

Team Fortress 2 - The Heavy

(Warrior-type/EARTH/Level 6/ATK 2500/DEF 2000)

Effect: If this card is in face-up Attack Position at the beginning of your Battle Phase, it can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each.
