I totally agree with you, libre.

The ending itself despite it being pretty straightforward has brought up a ton of arguments on the Internet due to what happens and what people think should have happened and the decision making process on both sides. On a game with no morals and/or right or wrong it seems, except for maybe Joel and Ellie, the ending tears deep into the moral values and right and wrong vs a whole bunch of issues.

There are so many unknown factors that are never mentioned, never thought of. I typed up a huge essay if anyone's interested that goes MASSIVELY in depth about the ending and most of the interpretations/thoughts I got from it:

    Warning: THERE WILL BE SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!

I really don't know how to post spoiler tags here, I'd give you the gist of it if I could. :/

Basically, there's a reason on each point that is brought up in the ending in my POV. And several unknown factors, including my questions on where the rest of the world, including U.S.'s allies are right now after 20 years with no peep from them.

Never bought it on the PS3 so I will be definitely getting it on the PS4. Kinda hoping for a physical release but that may be wishful thinking. Still gonna buy it!

Aww sadly I'm not going to pick up the game at all. I already played it once on the PS3. Maybe one day when I have the urge to go back and reimmerse myself in the game, I'll pick it up on the PS4. Though that's very doubtful because TLOU is a game where every moment is unforgettable

I hope remastering a game so soon after its release doesn't become a trend

It does seem a bit early but then again it has almost been a year.

It's also nice to give some players a chance to experience the game before The Last of Us becomes a little 'outdated'.

And I thought TLOU looked amazing enough on the PS3. It looks even more beautiful on the PS4. Sadly, I don't think I'll be picking up this game. I feel no real reason to replay the game as I already played through the game twice as well as the DLCs and Multiplayer. However, those who didn't get it SHOULD get it.

I am glad that Naughty Dog was able to make this game run at 60 FPS/1080p. The developers where getting so "comfortable" in using the 30 FPS, and making BS stories about "Filmy Look", that I had some concern that this gen would die at 30 FPS like the last one. Making this a generation of "letdown", but as ND guys made it, it is clear that PS4 IS CAPABLE of doing it, the developers were not able to do it before, but there is still place for the ps4 to evolve! It would be sad to reach the limit in the first year.
