    Set Stop/Stopra in the shortcut and take Donald to fight Phantom.
    When you fight you simply have to use Stop/Stopra on the Clocktower from time to time to prevent Doom from working, then while it's in effect blast Phantom with the right attacks.
    If his Heart is Red, use Fire;
    Blue, use Blizzard;
    Yellow, use Thunder;
    White/None of the abive, Attack Physically.

    As far as i remember he doesn't have many attacks, so just avoid him when he rushes toward you and Heal when necessary.
    Also, bring Elixirs for MP Healing.

    Now, Kurt Zisa, he's hard.
    Bring a few Mega Potions on you, Donald and Goofy, as well as a few Elixirs on yourself.
    At the start of the fight he'll cast Silence on you, try to outspeed him and summon Tinkerbell, becuase you won't have any healing for now.
    Once he seals your magic four orbs will appear at his hand, you gotta destroy them to do damage to the Crystal in his mouth, which is his main health.
    When he seals your magic he'll be using Physical attacks, so watch out for the slashes when nearby.
    When he's far from you, he'll do spinning attacks toward you, if he goes Verticaly, try to Super Glide to the side ASAP, and if he goes Horizontaly, pray to be at the top of a Dune so your jump can avoid it.

    Now, if you survived and took away his orbs, Silence wore off, his head will start moving which means you'll be able to hit the Crystal in it
    At this point you just Mash X to hit it and pray to block his atatcks and stun him (Yeah, the head bites) or use Ragnarok in case you don't wanna get hurt.

    Once he's tired of taking hits he'll get up again and summon a shield immune to physical attacks to stay around him, dismiss Tinkerbell and summon Mushu, then Fire the shield to hell.
    He'll be using Magics now, such as Sand Tornadoes and the like, but if you're quick enough you can just keep blasting with Mushu until the barrier wears out.

    Once it's out, the head comes out again, dismiss Mushu ASAP so D & G can hit it, then repeat what you did before.
    The time the head stays out reduces together with his health, so hit it while you can.

    When he gets up, he'll cast silence again, and no Tinkerbell now unless you didn't make it last time.
    Well, summon it if you can, he's gonna repeat the same attacks, except at a faster pace.

    When you beat the orbs time to hit it again, at this point Ragnarok is not even worth it due to the time it stays, just mash X.
    He'll summon the shield again, summon Dumbo, he makes you invicible while you destroy the barrier, so you don't need to worry about the magics again.
    If you couldn't beat the shield yet (Dumbo sucks in the damage departament), try to cast fire as fast as you can so you don't need to worry about damage again.

    Once done, head out, go batshit on it.
    If you got enough strenght, which should be >70, no sure, he should be gone by now.
    Else, he'll just repeat the same patterns over and over, but each time faster than the last.

    Now Sephy...
    Well, Sonic Blade spam or better, slow Strike Raid spam usually kills him easily, and also avoids all atatcks that deal direct damage.
    Blocking is good in the beginning but it's useless later on.
    For Heartless Angel, time an Elixir so it heals right after you lose everything.
    Second Chance is a must, and since there's no Leaf Bracer in the US version, heal whenever you take damage.
    He's immune to any and all magic, and he's too quick to Ars Arcanum and 5 hit combos, so ditch that, combo pluses and Ragnarok, as well as Sonic Blade in case you don't wanna get an position before using Strike Raid.

    ...that's it, i don't have any other tips for him. But if you're playing the FM version, which you likely aren't, take out Zantesuken, Ripple Drive, Gravity-crush(?) and any other magic-based finisher, they won't damage him, and timed Heals with Leaf Bracer can save you anytime.

    Phantom

    You need Peter Pan in your party to even enter this battle and I recommend making Goofy your other party member. On both of them disable all abilities that use MP except for Goofy's MP Gift. Odds of them using any of them effectively is slim since they ignore what the Phantom is vulnerable to and will even attack when he is invincible.

    Then get your MP as high as you can. How effective your spells are is determined by what your Max MP is. The five spells you should be using in this battle is Stopra, Curaga, Thundaga, Firaga, and Blizzaga. Stop can't be at stage three since unfortunately that is your reward for beating Phantom. Set any three of these up in your quick menu however you like, I personally put the three attack spells in as mine.

    As you said yourself, this is one of the three hardest bosses in the game, and one of the two that involves your party. So don't hold back on the mega items. Personally this is where I used most of my mega-ethers.

    Now in the actual battle Phantom will use the clock tower as a doom clock. Every time the clock strikes twelve a party member will die. Peter Pan, then Donald or Goofy, then Sora. Peter Pan is honestly next to useless in the battle so treat him as a freebie if you mess up. Goofy's MP Gift is very helpful but the battle is not too hard without it. And obviously when Sora looses it's over. This move can't be avoided but it can be delayed by casting Stopra on a clock face (which one doesn't matter). If you want to cast whenever you see the clock move or just to reset the timer on your spell before it expires is your call.

    Now to actually fight him. You see the orb under his coat? It follows the same rules as Ursula's cauldron and the shells. Red=Fire, Blue=Blizzard, Yellow=Thunder, White=Melee. the faster you get used to that the better since that is the only way to deal damage to him. If you don't see an orb then don't attack, he's invincible.

    The doom clock is his real killer and with that out of the way there isn't much to worry about. The only attacks I remember off hand is his scratch and a homing blast. Since you're flying you can't block so just fly away from both if you care to. The homing blast can be stopped by making it hit a pillar but neither attack is really devastating. If you summon Tink then the attacks can be largely ignored. With or without her just pay attention to your HP and cure when necessary as you usually would.

    Kurt Zisa

    Ɍed covered him pretty nicely. Just a few pieces of two-cents.

    There is no better battle than this for your mega-potions and megalixirs so don't be too stingy with them.

    I personally wouldn't bother with all the summons to take down his shielded form, at least not until Tink leaves from her own effect. Just know that you need to use magic to harm it. If you run dry on MP and don't have an item to fix that, then melee attacks to the shield will drop MP orbs.

    Sephiroth

    Take elixirs with you. There is no point in any mega items since you are alone.

    Take in Strike Raid as your only limit (MP cost ability). Maybe Sonic Blade, but I've never gotten that one to work all that well. Just minimize them so you aren't trying to mess much with your range in order to get the one you want. The others won't serve you well anyway.

    Your limits serve two purposes. First is invincibility frames. Second is damage.

    If you see him preparing Heartless Angel (or Sin Harvest as is commonly misheard in this battle) attack him fast. Main methods are Superglide+Melee, Strike Raid, and Sonic Blade. If you don't hit him before the seal goes on you then try to time the elixir as Ɍed mentioned.

    Most of all is be patient. This battle is mostly about learning your opponent and what we say only goes so far. Be prepared to lose a lot while you're feeling him out.

    Well if worse comes to worse 100. It is still a decent fight at that point.

    Though on the other hand he is possible well before then (I've seen early 50s) and your only reward other than bragging rights is a good chunk of exp.

    I forget exactly when I did it but I would venture that 80 would be a good spot to try.

    You get Curaga from Aerith ^^
    Go to the Library in Hollow Bastion and talk to her a couple of times, then she will give it to you ^^
