Everyone is Xehanort, everyone else is Sora

 

I thought this xD but then I was like... Axel... Kairi, Riku. Damnit >.< they don't fit.

Let's see
Sora is Sora, obviously
But he was also planned to become a Xehanort
His Nobody was part of Organization XIII, and was also planned to become a Xehanort, but is also Sora and Ventus. There's also a puppet based on Sora's memories that in some ways relates to the creation of MORE Xehanrot through Kingdom Hearts
Ansme is Xehanort
Ansem is connected to Riku
Riku is connected to Repliku, who is also connected to org XIII
Terra became Xehanort, Ventus became Sora... sort of. Kairi has a piece of Sora in her through Namine, and at one point her heart helped manifest a keyblade held by Riku who was possessed by Ansem who was Xehanort.
Everyone is org XIII was meant to become Xehanort, but ultimately only some did
Young Xehanort became the xehanort we known by essentially being possessed by Xehanort's darkness from the future
Eraqus is connected to to Terra who became Xehanort, and also Ansem and Xemnas
Riku became Ansem who is Xehanort
Xemnas is Xehanort
Data Sora is connected to Sora
Sora and Riku are connected by a shared keyblade
Aqua is responsible for Kairi's connection to Sora, but not directly related... though I guess she's touched Xehanort's heart as seen in the final battle... kind nebulous

So basically, the only non Disney character that's not Sora or Xehanort is Aqua

 

Forgot Xion who is Kairi and also Roxas and Sora.

 

And I forgot Vanitas who is Sora and Ventus and I guess kinda Xehanort?
I thought the Xion = Kairi thing was a red herring though?

 

If you wanna be technical Xion is shaped in the form of Sora's most precious memory (Kairi) to people that are bonded with him (I think?)

But she's mostly Sora/Ven/Roxas

 

I love how none of this makes a lick of sense to me.

 

Vanitas is Ventus who looks like Sora because...??? and wears Riku's clothes because circumstantial simultinaety

Xion is Sora but looks like Kairi because the secret third part of the equation is "Everyone who looks like they might be Kairi is a red herring"

Roxas is Ventus, who is currently Sora but Sora wants him to not be Sora anymora

 

When Ven's heart got repaired by Sora's after the Ven/Van split, that also caused Vanitas to become connected and he got Sora's face (as a teen even though when that happened Sora was a babu)
