I feel that someone has posted something similar to this before, but the way the names of the three are going, it would only make sense for his full name to be "Ventus".

However, I guess you are right, and you may list it as a rumor if you wish.

Ah. So it all points to Ventus. It would be silly if his name didn't relate to the air, as Sora means sky. Something like "Venny the Ventriloquist".

After all, Nomura said Ven was a nickname, judging from what these people are posting. A nickname doesn't have to be a shortened version of a name. Plus he looks like Roxas, who in turn is a nobody of Sora.
