The Keyblade War: the Awakening of a Solemn Melody

"Hmm, well I guess I can;t blame you for letting the girl go" the woman said.

 

" So what are we going to do? Are we going to continue to pursue her, you know the part of the city shes traveling in isn't safe for someone like her at this time."
The woman said as she wiped a droplet of water off from her face since it was starting to rain again by the time she had run away earlier.

 

"I will look for her, you just suffer the curse of a seal" the woman said turning her back on the slaver.

 

" Whatever."
The woman said as she sat back down at her desk and continued to write stuff down in her catalog.

Meanwhile Phisoxa was rushing through the streets, asking people along the way for directions to a place called the Raven's Roost but everyone gave her a strange look that drove her away from them or they ignored her and walked away themselves. Phisoxa took up refuge under a roof in order to avoid the rain above as a couple of men in a nearby gang eyed her they came over to speak to her but she warned them to go away, pulling her arm out of their grasp and walking away around the corner to avoid them, her hair soaking wet and she was shivering all over from the cold.

ooc: I don't want her dying because I plan to do something with her later in the rp.

 

Mike was relived when he saw the Raven's Roost. He quickly walked inside, his travel cloak absolutely drenched and cold. As he slammed the door behind him he sat down at a table, taking off his cloak and squeezing water out of it. He swung his head back and forth a few times, trying to get all of the water out of his hair. He knelled back in the chair, several people glancing at him suspiciously. He sighed and put back on his traveling cloak, walking outside and waiting under the protection of the roof, rain pounding against it.

 

Two tall men in traveling cloaks similar to Mike's came walking out of the blur the rain caused and came to the front of the Raven's roost, one of the men signaled to Mike as they walked into the lounge, one sat on the couch and other shook himself of the rain water.
" Where is Phisoxa ? It appears Dante is already here . . ."
The man whose voice confirmed him to be Rould said as he stared over at Dante who was already being pestered by two women.Suddenly the door at the front of the lounge shot open and Phisoxa came walking it was obviously her since she kept her hood down as she plopped down on the nearby couch, her hair covered in rain water. She looked as if she'd been running from the devil her face was so pale.
" I suggest we get a room or wait for Mixt."
" How did you find your way? This is the most dangerous part of the city you know. . . you could have gotten picked up."
Phisoxa dried her hair off with the towel in her traveling bag.
" Well I asked some old guy who was nice enough to let me know because I was a pretty girl because it appeared nobody else wanted to tell me, they probably wanted to hear nothing from me because they may have thought I was so common harlot or something. . ."

 

Mike sat down on a single person chair, keeping the hood of his traveling cloak up even though it was drenched. "So did you find out anything?" Mike asked, finally speaking up. Because I know my job was unsuccessful. I'll never get into the Council.. he thought with a sigh.

OOC: Not much to say.

 

" well I found out that the dark realm is rallying up a tremendous well trained army but I'm not sure if its for defensive purposes or if they really sense a war about to take place soon."
Phisoxa said sinking into the couch she was in, making her appear shorter .

 

Mike remembered what that..creature said, War. It made him cringe to almost think about it. "I'm not sure if I have pure proof, but I do believe war is upon us." he stated, sighing slightly afterward. To think a few days ago all he cared about was his face breaking out and his grades. Now it was as if reality slapped him in the face. "I've been hearing..this voice. It's been telling me things. It wants to talk to me." he muttered. As he said this he felt something stir in the room, something angry.

Bio: One day, while Brian(Bixran) was walking home, he sensed that great darkness was threatening his family. Once he got there, all that was left was his father, fighting fiercely against several pureblood heartless. As soon as he neared his dad, a neoshadow dived at his father. In rage, Bixran grabbed his father's keyblade, turned it on himself, and used the combined power of light and darkness tpo demolish the purebloods. All of a sudden, he felt his heart leave his body, but he didn't disappear. Instead, he felt the two forces envelope around him, giving him a stronger, faster, more adequate body.(Throughout this memory, Bixran's pre-nobody clothes are similar to sora's limit form outfit, but following Vanitas' color scheme, and with dark brown hair)

OOC: just remember don't make your character too simliar to people in the kh games also remember this is a long while before Org 13 takes form or even exists. BBS characters don't exist mostly about now.

Rould smiled as he wiped the leftover rain water from the lenses of his glasses and began to speak.
" Well it might as well be a true reality, judging from the informtation I gathered around in the poorer districts, the lion's den seems to be stirring. Even the people in the slums and run down pubs know pretty well what is going and many of them have been asked to join in as warriors in exchange for the simple honor of beating down on those who exilled them and in exchange for support for their families and themselves if they manage to survive later. Pretty soon this army is going to get larger since they allow both adult men and women into the army equally."
Rould said as he called for Victor.
" Go and purchase a room for us Victor, it looks like we need to share tonight to insure safety."
Victor nodded and left the room as Rould looked back at the others. Phisoxa could sense something going on as if a overpowering presence was in the room, a chill crawled down the back of her neck as she sat their silently listening.
" I see, whatever do you mean by the inside . . ?"
Rould said almost cheerfully.

 

Mike raised his eyebrow, his face slightly pale from how strange he felt, "Pardon? I didn't quite catch that." Mike stated. He put his elbows on his knees, staring down at the ground. He heard a muttering noise..although he couldn't make out any of the words.

 

" Oh sorry I thought I heard you mutter something don't mind me."
Rould said with a smile as Phisoxa shifted in her seat unsure on how to react since for some reason she felt uncomfortable in the room, she could sense another dark aura appear but she couldn't pinpoint where. Maybe it was one of those powerful soldiers nearby. Hopefully they were as safe as Rould claimed.

 

What is this guy? Little Mr. Sunshine? There's a war on the brink and he's completely clueless. Mike sighed, standing up, "I'm going to get some fresh air.." he muttered, walking toward the door.

 

OOC:Sorry about the delay. I haven't had much computer time, and what I did have I spent working on my recordings not leaving enough time to sustain the RP. Though had I noticed it had slowed down to this degree I likely would have made a couple posts.

IC:Mixt walked the streets quickly. By this point he knew he wasn't being pursued, but that didn't mean that it was safe to draw attention to himself either. As he walked Mixt suddenly turned and grabbed a wrist that reached out for his bag.

"What do you think you are doing?" Asked the woman as she writhed and tried to squirm out of Mixt's grip.

"Stopping a thief. Don't think that I'll let it slide because you are a girl" Mixt said as he dragged her into an ally way. To Mixt's delight he didn't notice people giving him even a second glance in this city. Inside an alcove of an abandoned building Mixt pulled a knife from a bag and the woman cringed surely thinking it was her end. Instead Mixt used the knife to carve a transmutation circle and used it to create a basement to the building. Mixt threw her inside and resealed it. With the reseal he put quite a bit of chloroform and oxygen in the room to keep her quiet and stop her from struggling in the limited space. Pacing the knife back in the holder, Mixt walked back out into the rain. Judging by the fact that the woman was poor Mixt calculated that he likely had two days before he needed to return for her and either run the experiment or bring her food and water. Mixt looked at his watch. He was already late and the detour didn't help. Luckly he was near the right part of the city now. It wouldn't take much longer to come to the Raven's Roost.

 

Rould smiled as he gave Phisoxa one of the extra room cards so she could get in later if need as he walked off and down the hallway. Phisoxa jumped up and ran over to the front doorway of the inn which was open and looked out at the rainy environment outside where people walked back and forth outside in the rain, their faces covered beneath rainhoods and umbrellas. Phisoxa then walked over to a open window and sat down on the leather sofa in front and leaned her arms and chin on the windowsill watching people walk by.
" I wonder where Mixt is, I hope those freaks didn't catch up with him."

OOC: thats okay, I just started to worry is all, you could at least leave a comment letting me know you might be gone for a bit, I began to worry if you died or not ~_~;

 

OOC:That would have been the smart thing to do wouldn't it? Ah well, I'm sorry.

IC: A few minutes later Mixt spotted the Inn and walked over. He chose to stand under it's awning for a moment to let some of the water drip off and more importantly wait for someone to see him and come out since by now he knew they would have gotten rooms.

 

Phisoxa spotted Mixt hiding from the rain underneath the awning and she smiled as she scooted over on the sill and when she got close enough she leaned back down on the sill and shouted at him.
" Boo !!"
She said trying to scare some reaction from him.

OOC: You don't have to hurt yourself trying to find time to post, at least just like leave a notice in the kw ooc thread letting us know so we prepare ourselves for posting without you.

 

Mixt didn't seemed phased at all. "Did you think I would have my guard down here of all places? You need to give me a bit more credit than that." Mixt said before walking into the inn.

 

"Aww I just wonder how would you look scared or surprised for once, I guess that isn't going to happen. Where did you go anyways, did those weirdos catch up with you?"
She said getting up off the couch and walking over to meet him.
