Torxber: yeah. Twilight Town, this could be used as a temporary hide out, but with the light city gone I can expect Light troops here any day. We can't stay too long. I don't think she could have gotten to far, she must still be in the station somewhere.

 

Phisoxa could since them getting closer and they wouldn't leave the station, she had to make her escape possibly through a back entrance, behind where the trains parked on the tracks inside, she climbed through one of the train tunnels and ran through it quick enough so she wouldn't get hit by any oncoming trains and came around the side of the building in front of the clock tower, she walked over to the balcony and peered over the side, clutching the box.

 

Shira was onboard making sure everything was ready to go, she turned around and looked out of the gummi ship window, it was pitch black outside and as she looked outside to where Seth and Robbie were the only light they had was the light of the gummi ship. "Hey guys we should get going now, its getting more dangeous out here." she said to them as she walked over to them.

The boy leaned against the wall thinking to himself, "So she was the X-blade.. lucky i didn't kill her." He thought to himself as he walked over to his boss, "Steel, even if we did have her in our possessions wouldn't we have to have the key to unlock the X-blade?" he asked.

 

Drake stayed quiet for a while as he stared up at the castle but the closed his eyes for a while. "let us depart" Drake said as he walked into the gummi ship and looked over at Shira "Shira get us out of here" Drake said said. You could see and hear the dissapointment of leaving Phisoxa

 

Shira crossed her arms and leaned against the gummi ship door, "She'll be fine Drake, shes a strong girl, i bet she already left," she said as she walked into the gummi ship, she sat in the pilot seat.

 

Drake nodded "your right" Drake said as he looked over at the ruins of the city" Drake said "if only I came sooner......although Im not even sure I could have done anything" Drake said

Seth was fast asleep in the chair beside his mother's chair

 

“She could have easily slipped out the front door through the crod though.” Zei had begun to peer over the crowds within Central Station. His main focal point was the front entrance from which the most densely packed crowds seemed to flow out, and in. “Those folks would never second guess her if she did meld into their little party to give us the slip.” He paused, entertaining that thought for a few moments before saying, “I don’t know about you, Mr. Torxber, but I think we’d best go into town. If anything, we could wait for her to show there.” He tread towards the door, pushing and shoving others out of the way, still impressed by how the lot of them just took his actions for naught. He didn’t have to say excuse me, as for whatever reason, it must have just been implied that he was thinking courteous thoughts to those he edged through.

But he could only make his way so far before getting caught up by someone who wasn’t in such calm mood. The man, or, as Zei found out, the teenage boy, appeared in fluster, eyes darting in panic, and his face in pure terror. He didn’t pay any attention to the man he had just nearly rammed over, nor even seemed to notice that he had in fact ran into someone. But his fear was rightly attributed, for as he reached the thick of things, he started screaming for someone to help him. Zei didn’t catch most of it, but the reason he was panicked came out clear: five of his friends, undoubtedly about his age, had just dropped dead out of no apparent cause. Zei, being so close to the door, and with such little attachment to the boy, was the first to make it out into the plaza, where all five teens still lay lifeless on the stone courtyard. Kneeling over them, like a medic would have been, was an awkward looking figure, draped with a canvas cloak.

“What happened to them?” Zei asked the figure. Whoever they were, they remained still, and calm, despite the mystery of the situation. “I wouldn’t be able to tell you,” said a female voice from underneath the makeshift cloak. The figure rose to its feet, remaining turned away from her company. “But it’s obvious the lot of them are dead. They’ve no pulse; no tell of any life left in them. It’s likely that more people will meet a fate like these ones here. But when, where, and who, we can’t be so certain. You’d best be off from this world before anything horrid takes place. It’s… for the better. Unless of course, you think you can solve the mystery of what happened to this lot before anymore get struck down.” For a moment, Zei was unsure of what to say. He could just leave, but then, he’d have to abandon his path. He couldn’t sway, not because of some freak accident. “I think that things will resolve themselves whilst I, along with my company, are present.”

 

"Anyone can make a difference," she said as she started up the gummi ship, "Come on Drake, grab Robbie, we need to get out of here. She smiled and looked over at Seth.

 

Drake nodded as he an Robbie got on the gummi ship and was ready for lift off

 

Shira smiled and checked everything once more, the gummi ship began to slowly take off, Shira slowly guided the ship upward avoiding to hit any buildings, and then soon enough they were floating over the city, Shira sighed, "The city is already being consumed by darkness.." she said sighing.

 

Drake stared out of the window "its all my fault. I couldn't help them......I couldn't save them...its just like the last time" Drake said holding his head in pain and suddenly fell to the ground

 

Shira suddenly heard a thud and turned her head to see Drake had fallen to the ground, "Drake? Drake!?" She said with a worried tone, "Drake get up, come on Drake, get up." she became even more worried and set the ship to auto Pilot , and ran over to him dropping to her knees at his side.

 

Drake just laid there on the ground with his eyes shut tightly with his hands holding his head in pain

Seth immediately woke up when he heard the thud and looked over at his dad really worried

 

Shira gently put a hand behind his head , "Drake" she said as she closed her eyes, and placed her other hand on his forehead. "That wasn't your fault, " she said helplessly as she looked over at her son.

 

Drake began to calm down and fell asleep


Seth slowly walked up to his mother "what happend to daddy?" Seth said really worried about Drake

 

Shira gently rubbed Drake's head , and let out a sigh of relief. She looked over at Seth, "he was just remembering one of his horrible memories, a lot of people in his squad died, and he thought it was his fault." she said still rubbing his head gently.

 

"Is he going to be alight mommy?" Seth asked wondering about what could have upset his father so much. All the stories he heard from his dad were all good stories about his past missions

 

"He'll be fine Seth," she said smiling as she guestured him to come over to where she was, "Will you watch daddy while i drive the ship, it can't be on auto pilot forever." she said as she stood up and hoisted Drake onto one of the chairs, and walked back to the pilot seat.

 

Seth nodded and watch over his father as he slept keeping a close eye on his as his mother asked

After a long time Drake slowly began to wake up and put his hand on his head "urgg what happened?" Drake muttered

Seth was very happy to see his dad awake and turned over to his mother "daddy is a awake mommy" Seth said

 

Shira nearly passed out, "oh good.. hes fine." she said as she kept piloting the gummy ship. "You had us all worried Drake."
