The Keyblade War: Rewind and press Play

Drake sighed and smiled as he looked at the knight. It seemed that he had calmed down and was back to normal "good work. Keep this up and there will be a promotion for you" Drake said

 

Mixt's mind was rapidly connecting dots looking for an ideal setup. "Delicate, right." Mixt said in a slightly sarcastic tone not seeming the least bit surprised that she was there. "With all the encryption and security measures, I highly doubt that. Sensitive perhaps, but not delicate"

 

Norman:" She couldn't live with how he betrayed her. . . with that she was nearly hunted down and killed a year ago, I think it's better she not remember something so bad, its better her memory be shackled then her freedom and her happiness."
He said prodding the man on the ground with the tip of his keyblade.

 

OOC: I'll be back in a little while

 

Torxber: You here that my friend, they want her in shackles. He said it him self. Now I command you, regain your power and free her now, or she will be lost to them forever.

Knight: I'm not here for the promotions sir, I'm here to defend my friends and family.

Synthetic: I'm Synthetic and its very delicate Mixt. Torxber encryptis the systems but he is cheap and the actual control panel breaks easily.

 

Norman:" No I helped her as much as I could last time and almost got Nathaniel onto me about the whole mess a year ago, he almost threw me into jail he was so mad."
He said chuckling as he stood up.

 

"thats what I like to hear. I really don't care about ranks myself. General or not I will defend the innocent and put my life on the line for them" Drake said

 

Knight: Whats your son's name?

Torxber: So you say. But I know you only care about yourself.

 

"His name is Seth. I named him myself" Drake said sounding proud about his son

 

Mixt: I could probably repair it with an upgrade if need be.

Mixt found what he was looking for and turned away from the computer.

Mixt: Do you have any consumables on board? Something you couldn't care less about it being missing for a while?

 

Norman leaned up against the wall and smiled crossing his arms.
Norman:" I started caring more about myself then I ever did actually, previously I didn't care much about my well being and when she died I never gave a damn about others anymore. My love for others died along with her."
He said looking down at the man with his intense hazel eyes.
Norman:" Do whatever you wish with him, I never want to see this man's face again, and if you leave him there I will just finish him off myself so take the chance and get him out of here."
He said with a frown.

OOC: lol I forgot to make his character sheet, poor guy, now hes got one xD

 

Torxber: Get up my friend and go find her. And as for you "Knight" I want you to give a message to your boss, tell him that he broke the deal and his mistakes will catch him.

Knight: Seth? So your Seth's father, I wish I had known. Well sir, as a friend I will protect Seth until he is older and I will give him a perpouse in life.

Synthetic: In the back of the ship is a storeroom full of spare equipment.

 

"Thank you" Mixt said as he walked into the back. He took a spare set of armor and transmuted it into a cloak that he could put over his armor and hiide his face. Mixt took one last look up at the map to make sure he remembered it correctly and then he moved out. He didn't have much time. He had a few hours for a task that he would of prefered to have a couple of weeks on. Hopefully he could play the chaos the authorities were in to his advantage.

 

Dante stood up weakly trying to gain his balance, he fell back over and hit the side of the metal bunk with his arm.
Norman:" Weak just weak, whatever you say I will inform him, Ciao for now."
He said waving a goodbye and walking out of the prison.
Phisoxa came walking by the cell not noticing what had been going on and was heading for a cell that she had not checked.

 

Synthetic got out and followed Mixt. She had to keep an eye on him.

Torxber: Hurry up and leave headache.
He said as he watched Norman leave. Torxber looked back at the weak Dante.
Torxber: Its been some time my friend. Do you need some help?

 

Dante:" It's this delicate human body, I don't know whats the matter but since I have been left powerless and immobile for nearly a year in a prison cell its been getting very weak."
He said standing up and brushing himself off after making contact with the stone floor.

Dante:" So it's true they were to have her memory whipped clean, I doubt they would make a slip up and try to loose a good asset of theirs. But may I ask, what have become of the twins if you have any idea, did Nathaniel's fist of fury already meet up with them... or is there a different becoming? Because I can try to at least go and see them and leave her out of this, shes got enough to worry about with all these matters of war that were thrust upon her without warning."

Meanwhile..... In the Radiant Garden....
An old man sat on chair on a stone platform near a medium sized castle, but the large more supreme royal castle off in the distance seemed more of a supreme type then the that. He watched closely as he nibbled lightly at his seasalt ice cream bar. That something wasn't right, wouldn't those dark troops be here by now, were the warnings throughout the city true or was it all a misunderstanding, would he have to go inside and lock up or simply stay outside and wait for them to come to him. He seemed turn this puzzle over and over in his mind only to be interrupted by a faint voice behind him at the far end of the platform. A rather tiny little girl was sitting down on the ground, she looked the age of 1 or 2. In her hand was a small lily flower that was picked from the gardens earlier.
The old man stood up and wandered over to her and picked her up.
The little girl reached out to try and grasp his seasalt icecream but he pulled it away.

Ansem the Wise:" Not now, you haven't even had your evening meal yet dear, plus I don't think you can handle something that cold in your mouth."
He said ruffling the girl's black shoulder length hair and she giggled a playful giggle and stared up at the man with the clear sky blue eyes of hers and tried to attempt to speak to the man what she wanted but she only knew one certain word she could use at the moment.

"Grandpa... !?"

Drake looked at him curiously "huh do you know Seth or something? and I didn't even get your name" Drake said

 

A single pair of words carried into the cavernous depths beneath the unnamed desert world. “Oh Mixt!” The voice was that of Xiao, sounding in a sort of seductive, playful taunt. “Where are you?”-/b] A second call, created with a similar effect, followed shortly after the initial one. But both had met with nothing but their own sound, bouncing back from the cavern, through the natural corridor, and into the ears of the caller. Xiao was standing just inside the opening to the cave, lit by the torches that had been set up some number of days earlier. Still, the firelights barely glanced the shadows that spanned down into the deeper reaches of the tunnel. “Where HAS that man gone off to this time? He’ll be the death of me, I swear!”

Head shaking disappointedly, she turned, and stepped out of the cave; and again, this single step had landed her an incredible distance from where she had departed from. Now, she stood at the heart of what had been the dark camp. It took just one look around to tell her that it too had been decimated by the battles. “Foolish me. Mixt wouldn’t have returned to this sorry place. Not in a lifetime.” For a moment her thoughts trailed off aimlessly, and suddenly arrive back at a finite pondering: Then where is that he would have gone? It could be another world of the light, or wherever it is he was deployed from. The latter seems the more likely. But I’ve no knowledge of that.


The City of Light was indeed an impressive place to behold, especially for one such as Zei, whose life had kept him the most untamed of wilds. Everything within the limits of the city seemed to move fast, kicking time forward like a ball. It was a joyous sight to see what appeared to be thousands of people melding together in harmony. But at the same time, the thought of the multitudes was a depressing one. As Zei sat at the top of the palace steps, down onto a passing crowd of market goers, grief struck him. There was talk floating about amongst the soldiers; talk of conspiracy, and foul play. The city, according to the military word, now sat in the bulldozing lineup of the dark army. These people. They’re all so oblivious to what’s happening around them. Do they not know they could be in danger?

Steadily, he gathered himself to his feet, looking back upon the palace behind him. “This place,” he said, half speaking to a nearby guard, “might well be the most dangerous place of all to be right now.” The nearest guards chuckled a bit at the statement. “You laugh now. But you’ll do well to learn; alas, the lesson will come upon you soon enough. Never mock the word of rumor, especially not in such large doses.” Before he was able to even take a step away, the feel of firm grip upon his shoulder came upon him. “Not so fast smart guy,” spoke the rough voice of the guard. “If you’re gonna be a comedian, you might well get yourself to our… heh heh. Comedy Club. Now, if you will.”

“And I will,” Zei responded. “Do show me to this club of yours.” He held out his arms, presenting them for the cuffs the guard callously slapped over his wrists, binding left to right. His hands were, in theory, useless now. “Do lead the way. I know not of he structure of this place,” he said sincerely. “Ha!” boomed the guard. “Nice try buddy. But don’t worry, if you go ahead, I’ll… errr… point you in the right direction.” On the word ‘point’, the guard indicated the tip of his weapon, a spear, standing at about his height. “As you wish,” said Zei. “I shall lead the way. You need not point me yet though. I can manage navigating through the front doors.” With an awkward skip in his step, he walked back towards the entrance to the palace. “Oh,” said the guard as they entered into the main hall, “don’t even try to summon a Keyblade or anything. Those handcuffs put a stop to that nonsense.”

Anyways ego, if you want xiao to meet up with mixt the dark troops will be assembling to make it's ambush on the city of light anytime now. Once the civilians are under ground for a evacuation "drill" you guys will be making yer entrance.

Phisoxa walked outside of the prison, now that she has completed the task of picking ripe fruit from that of the rotten she had to take care of the civilians and get them underground for the "drill". She was sure this would work out with good results since they do understand that it is a time of war. Phisoxa walked up the steps of the palace heading for the intercom that was connected to many sets of speakers around the city. She passed Zei with ease,not noticing the distress the guard below was because of him. Phisoxa walked up to the intercom box which was inside the guard's keep that was near the castle entrance and took it out, turning it on.

"Hello.. Hello is this thing on? Well I guess so... Attention citizens of the White Kingdom, it has been decided by the Knight's Council to formulate a evacuation drill to practice a safe and efficient evacuation. You may be wondering why we should have one now, but it is a time of war, its better to be safe and prepared in case there be a sudden attack. It's better to move in a orderly fashion then to just take off and trample your neighbors. So If you are the good people I know, then I expect you to handle this situation with the utmost responsibility."

"Around two Knight's Council officials and their subordinates will be stationed in every district of the city ready to direct you and your families to the underground caverns that lead out of the city and to the underground safety lair that lies beneath the Old Oak Forest off in the neighboring hills, we will be there for quite sometime to make sure every individual is accounted for so please bring food and other necessary equipment that you can carry with you, that is right carry. So folks I bid you a good day and thank you for your cooperation, so long."
She turned it off and sat down in the chair next to it, the man in the guard's keep seemed to be confused about what was going on.
"What is with the sudden decision to authorize a drill?"
Phisoxa:" It's better to be safe then sorry."

Around the city the stationed officials were helping lead the many citizens to the doors that lead down underground. The people seemed confused but they followed closely next to one another to make sure families wouldn't get separated.

Meanwhile... In the Radiant Garden . . .

The old man set the little girl down on the chair he was sitting in earlier as the little girl's brother waddled over, he too was the same age but he could walk already for some reason and he sat next to the chair the little girl was in.

 

Around the city of light, the few gummi ships disappeared one by one in sudden explosions. Dark ships slipped past the remains with ease towards the city.

A knight ran to Phisoxa.
Knight: Captain, the orbit patrols are gone, their all missing. We can't get a hold of anyof them and there is talk that a large group of dar gummi ships heading towards radiant garden have suddenly disappered as well.

Knight: General Drake, my name is Robbie.

Torxber: The twins are hidden, Rodarn watch's over them even now. So don't worry. Now I suggest we hurry, I think its about to get a lot more dangerous right now.
