Norman stopped for a minute to let Cratos come closer and at the last moment Norman slammed his huge hand onto Cratos's head, managing to keep him from going any further.

Norman:" Come closer and I will crush that thin skull of yours."

Cratos's horns started to gather an immense amount of energy while he grabbed Norman's arm with an iron grip that he kept tightening and tightening.

Norman grabbed Cratos by one of his horns and lifted him up with ease and threw him down on the ground with immense force that it caused a shockwave.
Norman:" Unwanted guests should be polite and sit down quietly."
He said smiling as he put Crystal into the gummi ship.

Minutes, maybe even hours, had passed by. Zei could no longer discern any nearby clashes between the light and dark armies; but that was rarely a guarantee that the fighting had ceased entirely. He had thus taken to maintaining a dominant presence over the tent, holding his will strong so as to keep the child from blindly running off. She was, after all, in his hands, and under his jurisdiction. Were she made a casualty, it would be his own hands soaked in her blood, not those of some dark knight. It could all be so easily traced back to him. Plus, if he just let her go, it could jeopardize his entire task. He shook his head at the thought. An obligation, left listed as a failure to meet, was the greatest shame that could come upon him, even more so than being defeated by an opponent, so long as such a defeat was disconnected from the mission as a whole.

But at that same moment, he wanted to just leave, to break out from the tent, and join in the frays that were undoubtedly happening across the desert. It would be far more interesting than babysitting one who never should have been there in the first place. And he’d be a leap more useful on the battlefield at that.

It tore his moral fiber into two, for both could be construed to be the right course of action. Yet a sway of good fortune came to him as a savior to this moral fiber. A Light Knight burst suddenly into the tent. His voice, while in control, adorned the frantic nature of a person in a rush to get their job done efficiently. At the bequest for his retreat from the camp, Zei complied, rising from his kneeling position. “Very well,” he told the Knight. “I’m not so fazed by the thought of running. Take the girl, go on as an advance, but keep her near. I’ll take up the rear guard, and keep track of the both of you.” A white flash of light extended the gap between his hands, forming into a polearm bearing a double-edged blade, and adorning a broken spherical Yin & Yang trinket. “And don’t fret. I may just be a volunteer troop, but I’ve my share of battle experience. Now, let’s be off from this place.”

He followed well enough behind Norman’s larger strides, keeping up his pace and distance purely by the use of magical enhancement of his physical stamina. On the edge of the camp, he had come across the transport ship awaiting the arrival of the remaining troops on the world. They were almost in the clear when a demon of some sort challenged them. Seeing that Norman might have his hands full with the beast, Zei sprung into the first real action he had come into all day. To the eyes, he would have seemed to vanish; in actuality, had moved at a speed fast enough to keep light from reflecting on him. Just as instantaneously, he had come to a halt at the beast’s side, his hand forcing through to its head, imbued by a translucent concentration of raw spiritual energy. It wasn’t so much meant to be a punch though, for as the hand came closer to the head, the energy was released, a concentrated blast.

The Knight had cut a quick path through the A-1 camp, finding nothing more than a series of ruined tents. The fires from the countless explosions seemed to have spread from the interior, out towards the outer borders; it all made for an inferno, swallowing what hope might be left for the occupants of the camp. Xiao’s buddies sure did a number on this place. They’re a rough crowd… but not as rough as spirits can get. Damn it! There’s not a single communications center on this base! There was truly nothing left of much use to the half maimed Knight. “Where could one go to find a communications link?” he asked himself quietly. “Perhaps….” His eyes fell upon a half demolished arms and armor tent.

“Exactly!” he said louder than he should have, realizing the obvious answer. Stalking away into the armory tend, he found himself with a depressingly pleasing sight. Some twenty suits of armor, abandoned by their would-be owners, rest in storage within the tent. Most of them were almost trashed by the assaults on the camp, but there was at least one that still managed to keep at its tip top shape. The knight didn’t bother to replace his entire suit though. Doing so would have made him seen too suspicious. Rather, he took up the headpiece of the best armor suit he could find, and placed that over his head. It was still battered, so it was good for the charade. Yet it still had a working communications link, which activated almost immediately after he placed it over his head.

“This is Staff Sergeant Cornelius Boroughs,” he called out through the link. “This is a message to any remaining light forces. If anyone is in the vicinity of the A-1 camp, I’m currently stranded. There may be other survivors here as well.”

The guard decided that it'd be better if the camp had one less suspicious looking person about, and then curtly told Nuri, ''I don't think this camp could handle another person. Sorry.''

Nuri sighed, and lugging her big bag on her back, decided to walk back out into that barren wasteland.

''Best set up my own tent then, eh?'' she murmured to herself whilst walking away.

Two hours later she collapsed to the ground, out of breath and nearly out of strength..

So many... Goddamn heartlesses... Must... Eliminate... Ugh. She thought to herself wearily. Then, her stomach rumbled angrily once again, in which she clutched onto her belly in desperation, muttering to herself, ''UGH, not this crap again...''

((This is a heads up to everyone who may end up needing me to post: Turns out I'll be gone from, pretty much now, until some time on Sunday (EST). So, Zei can be dealt with, or not in his current battling, so long as he ends up on the ship out in the end. As for the possessed soldier, I'd prefer if he got out too, though there's no reason now for anyone to latch onto his scheming. As for Xiao, unless Mixt is filled with the sudden urge to find her, she can be left alone)).

Nuri knew she was losing her strength quickly, and tried to get up. Once she had done so, she quickly annihilated a few more heartless, and made her way up north. When she had walked 3/4 of the way to the camp of light her legs gave way, and she fell to the ground once more, except this time everything was fading to black.

''Should've... Packed... Supplies.'' She rasped dryly to herself, completely dehydrated and from not eating and drinking for 3 days straight. She had put so much effort into her training back at the academy that she had completely forgotten about food for days. She also did intense training the day before travelling, also forgetting to sleep.

''Its days like these...'' she murmured to herself, ''That really make me detest wars like these...''

The last thing she remembered before her eyes shut were the screams from the towns people back in the past... where memories of her early and hazy childhood would enter her mind and test her sanity once more. Everything then faded to black.

Mixt opened up the cave to allow him to enter. Re-sealing it soon afterwards. "I knew it wasn't a great hiding spot, but was I really being that obvious?" Mixt said, surprized at how quickly he had found them. "Anyway, Phisoxa's unit is heading out, so she needs to be briefed quickly if possable. Would you like for me to stall them out?"

Torxber: First, I saw threw your eyes where you had gone. Second, you will take her to the city using one of my gummi ships.
He walked past Mixt and over to Phisoxa.
Torxber: Miss Phisoxa, do you want to end this fighting?

Crystal even though feeling weak was not any sort tired she looked out the still opened door noticing a fight going on, Norman and a man with a skull of some covering his face, "Whats going on.." she said quietly watching from the doorway. Diablo sat on one the rock formations and was reading through the documents of the light, he came across one paper and sighed ,"Who leaves a paper with the locations of some of the light camps in a tent?" he then kept searching through the papers, memorizing each one his eyes had seen.

Phisoxa was sitting on the ground and looking her feet, she was thinking about something thoroughly only to be interrupted by the sound of Torxber's voice, she looked up from the train of thought into Torxber's eyes.
Phisoxa:" I . . . I dunno .. really, I had the choice to do so, I would, but I guess that's not going to last for long, since peace never is eternal in this wicked universe."
She said wrapping her arms around her knees and pulling them back, laying her head between them.

Torxber: But even a short peace, would that not be worth it? A time when people don't have to watch their backs. A time when people don't have to worry about trusting each other. A time when family cold be toghter. Would that not be worth it?

Phisoxa:" Would it be worth the lives of so many innocents."
She said closing her eyes as she rested her head between her knees.
Phisoxa:" I don't know if its really worth it anymore, so many lives for that of a fewer person."
She said remembering the time when she watched her whole squad rant slayed in front of her but she was the only one to be left alive, just a measly girl such as herself.

Torxber: The fires of war are easy to start, but all the more difficult to put out. Sacrifice is the way of a soldier, of a knight and of heroes. If we simple stopped fighting for what we believed in, we would simple stop existing. If you believe in a peace fight for it. If you believe in power, fight for it. If you simple got upset for many people dying their sacrifice would be for nothing. If you sulk like some sad girl you are letting everyone else down and more people will be sacrificed. Yes, many will die, but they choose to fight, they choose it! What do you choose Phisoxa?

Phisoxa:" Really if I had a choice, I would step out of this fight without hesitation, but recent events have held me back and put me in charge of so many lives."
She said standing up to her full height.
Phisoxa:" You wouldn't understanding, how much pressure I'm under, I have to fend for thousands of lives of my soldiers, I'm expected alot of by other people."

Torxber: And thus I give you a choice. Return to the city of light to help me and you and everyone else can stop fighting. Or return to the city of light and everyone there die's. Which, Help e or not?

Phisoxa:" Alright lets go, hurry up and lets do it, because I don't want to have to change my mind."

Torxber smiled and walked out. Five of his gummi ships landed around them.
Torxber: Mr Mixt, I will see you soon. I fear you going to the light city right now will be a bad idea.
Torxber hopped on one of the gummi ships and held out a hand to Phisoxa.
Torxber: As it stands, the light city won't be there much longer, and niether will our item we seek.

Phisoxa walked up to the ship and then looked back at Mixt.
Phisoxa:" Wouldn't it be of our best interest to bring Mixt with us, since he has knowledge of dark army combat then us?"
    She said smiling.
Phisoxa:" We can probably disguise him so known of the people there knows who he truly is."
She said holding out a dark brown hooded coat.
