The Keyblade War: Rewind and press Play

A light soldier came up to Rould.
Soldier: Sir, I have been told to tell you your new orders sir.

 

Rould turned to the soldier after leaning in to whisper to Phisoxa.
Rould:" Report to me whatever it is you have to say and be gone, this place is not safe to be at the moment."
He said staring the man with his cold steely eyes.

 

Mixt came out from behind a rock an dwalked over to Phisoxa while Torxber engaged Cratos "Listen. We need your help with something but this is not the time or place to discuss it. Will you come with us at least to discuss it?"

 

Soldier: Lord Nathaniel Foleski has ordered you and all forces under your command to return to the light city at once. The dark army is launching an attack on one of our keyworlds. So he is taking majority of the light armies to defend it. He wants you to defend the light city with a few of the other council members.

 

Rould:" Seriously? He wants us to move all troops back after sending them all the way out here. Defiantly I don't know what goes on in that boy's mind anymore. His army methods are certainly wasteful of people and energy."
He said turning away from the battle and gesturing towards Phisoxa.

Rould:" C'mon Phisoxa we need to pull back, the 1st general wants us back at the palace and the other troops sent out to fight onto another territory of ours."

Phisoxa:" Uh... Yes sir."

Rould:" Soldier, call for a imperial gummi ship to come and pick us up."

 

Soldier: yes sir.
The soldier ran back to the camp.

((Is there any chance we can take a break from actually fighting? I mean, give a little more suspense building, and sneaky cat sort of stuff? Seriously, the constant fighting gets sort of boring)).

Evident in the being’s reactions to Judgment, the Keyblade had done the job that it was meant to have done. The mist disapated, and Xiao, moving freely again, eyed the receding movements of both the mist, and the doppleganer of the girl as they vanished from view. “That was anti-climactic,” she said to herself, shrugging in a ‘whatever’ sort of manner. “But a win is a win, I suppose. I’ll take if for what it is.” Judgment dissolved from her grip, leaving her tail claw free for further use beyond soul sucking. “I wonder where Mixt meandered off to? You’d think that he’d have kept the fight on these grounds. How could he leave a lady alone? What nerve that man must have!”

“Ehem!” the voice was harsh, like a scratching against sandpaper sort of noise of someone who had something awkward up with their throat. Xiao turned her head slightly, believing it to be the voice of another denizen of the light; but she was mistaken, to her amusement. The voice was that of her latest acquisition: The possessed body of her last victim, the young light knight. Despite looking like he had gone through hell and come back, he still held onto life, thanks to the soul implanted within him. He was a lesser one, perhaps just a sergeant, or maybe even n more than a private. His Keyblade was simplistic as well, holding no finite, personalized form. His form was that of any soldier though: Broad frame, well defined muscle hinted beneath his armor, and a clean-shaven head.

“Ah, I see you’re awake. Good to know someone here was courteous enough to not leave little old me on my own! What can I do for you?” The possessed warrior chuckled, breaking a twisted smile before she who was his new master. “It’s not so much what you can do for me,” he said, “but what can I do for you, m’lady?” Xiao responded with a light-hearted laugh of her own. “Heh heh heh. Well, that’s quite noble of a fine gentleman such as you. And if I must give you some sort of mission, then that mission will be to get yourself picked up by the light army. Let’s see what we can learn about them. It’ll be fun.” The knight lowered into a head bow, and departed, seeking out any nearby communications facilities. With one plan set in motion, Xiao turned to the two lingering spirits that remained.

“You two, be dears, and seek out the homeworld of the light. You should have no trouble seeking it. Stay low when you get there though, and wait for the right moment. The both of you can start a good commotion if you take someone down at just the right moment.” She whipped her tail in a commanding motion, pointing away from the camp. Both spirits faded away, shifting through space-time into their realm. How long it would take them to find plausible marks, she didn’t know. That sort of efficiency varied from spirit to spirit, and it was pretty much impossible to guarantee that the right sort had been gathered. “And now to find my dear old Mixt.”

Eclipse let off an iridescent, white glow, demanding the alterations of space to allow Xiao what automatic passage she required. She had at least some idea where Mixt might have been. But it all came down to luck, unless she took the time to feel things out. For that, there was no time, and she took a single step forward. Oddly, the step brought her further than the usual three feet in distance; She had moved some distance from the camp to the outside of the cave within which Mixt had been situated earlier in the day. Things seemed barren there, now that the residents had been dispatched into battles all over the wasted desert world. “Oh Mixt, honey? Are still around here anywhere?”

((For the record, the possessed soldier and the spirits will be controlled NPCs under my umbrella)).

 

OOC: damn Im certainly off today xD
we are not fightning at the moment, theres only two people fightning at the moment, but that fight is not relevant at the moment.

Phisoxa then stopped walking and went back to Mixt's consideration.
Phisoxa:" Why is it that you need me? I have very important buisness to attend to. I might get in trouble."
She said gripping the handle of her keyblade as her outfit changed to that of a desert attire, her regular outfit with that of a large cream colored scarf. Acting as a visor to protect her from the sand.

 

"I won't hold you long." Mixt told her "And coincidentally it is also linked to your other project. Unfortunately though I can't give you much more than the basics, this is his plan" Mixt motioned over to Torxber in the battle.

 

Phisoxa frowned as she looked over at that man, the man with the big mouth of course had something to do with this. She thought about the decision to go with him several times, even if she refused she was going to get forced into coming.

Phisoxa:" I guess I will come along, but .. you got to promise .. if this has to do with killing anymore of my people, I will leave."

 

An imperial gummi hip landed and fourl Light knights jumped off and stood between Phisoxa and Mixt.
Knight 1: Back of dark Knight, she's coming with us.

 

"Although I can't speak for him, for me this has nothing to do with the war. I have a personal interest in this venture. I would give you my word, but as a Dark General that doesn't count for much"

"Stand down. I'm not here on official business and I would prefer not having to harm any of you"

 

Phisoxa stepped foward.
Phisoxa:" Just go off and take Sir Raminas with you, Indeed Nathaniel calls for me but I will just find another way to come to him. I'm very busy at the moment, plus if you try and use unesscery force to take me, you might end up dying or getting mortally wounded. I command you leave us."

 

The knights didn't look to happy, but they lowered their weapons.
Knight 1: Fine.
Knight 2: But how ca-
Knight 1: You want to fight her and this guy.
Knigth 2: I see your point.

 

Cratos staggered a bit, but he shrugged it off and charged at him again. This time he fired off bolts as he charged at Torxber.

 

Mixt turned arround and started to walk back towards the rock formations.

 

((Is there anything that can be done regarding Crystal? Zei can't do much of anything until she responds)).

 

OOC: Since the troops are being called back, that means Xiao will be free, Crystal will have to leave and board the ships.


Rould only dismissed Phisoxa with a simple wave and turned away, heading for the imperial gummi ship.

Phisoxa:" What do mean fight? This is no game, I'm serious, leave us at once, he doesn't wish to fight, I am above you so you must follow my orders."
She said waving her fist at them.

 

((That's the thing. Crystal is Blizzard's character, who does nothing unless Blizzard says so. I think accomadations should be made for the event that someone is unpredicatably (or predictably), absent from the RP for a significant period. Xiao is, at the moment, looking for Mixt)).

 

The knight stood out of her way.
Knight 1: Fine go then.
The Knights returned to the gummi ship.

Torxber used another energy attack, but this was using light energy. The energy took the form of an snsergy shield.
Torxber: I guess my work is almost done here.
