The Keyblade War: Rewind and press Play

As the battle around Mixt grew more aggressive and more people tried to attack him at once, Mixt found that just using his keyblade was insufficient to keep going. Mixt summoned an Invisible and an Orcus to his side. In perfect symmetry both heartless threw their swords up into the air and caught them once more. Both heartless vanished but their swords remained. Mixt now used both these swords in addition to his own. Since the two new swords still had the heartless attached to them Mixt was able pull feats that would be imposable with normal swords; such as throwing it at a distant enemy to have it turn and come back, or let go of it entirely to pick it back up in a moment exactly where he needed it to be. The battle became a bit of a violent juggling act as Mixt wielded the three separate swords.

 

Raz smirked "so shall we begin this battle" Raz said licking the blade of the claw on his left arm ignoring Phisoxa and the newcomer

 

Victor smiled as he threw off his helmet to let the wind of the desert run itself against his war bitten skin. His dark violet eyes watched Raz closely as he grinned. He sprang forward at inhuman speed as he dragged the head of his keyblade threw the cracked desert earth below him, when he reached Raz he slammed his keyblade into arm quickly with tremendous force.
Victor:" Come at me with all you got."
Phisoxa:" There he goes again, looking for another bloody fight. I just hope we can get out of here easily without running into the other members."
She sad retreating to the side of Victor's territory while dragging Eventus away from the site.

 

At that moment, Raz raised his right arm and used the keyblade in his hand and blocked the attack. As the two keyblades clashed against each other, Raz's smirk just didn't dissapear "don't worry. I will make this fight quiet enjoyable" Raz said as he suddenly used his clawed left arm and slashed at Victor

 

Eventus followed Phisoxa, "your so-called 'knights' don't seem very knightly," he said, as Trial by Fire vanished in a flash of flames.

 

The attack bounced off of the side of Victor's keyblade sending a spray of sparks bouncing off and making a loud metallic shriek as his claws came in contact with the black steel of the blade. Victor's keyblade then began to glow a bright red as he sliced his keyblade through the air sending sheets of red fiery energy flying through the air, some of the energies hit a couple of dead trees, catching them on fire in a instant.

Meanwhile . . .
Kyteis heard a commotion going on in the area where Victor was stationed, he knew something was wrong because usually by now the sound would of ceased, but it kept on going. So Kyteis produced an invisible but sturdy force field around his platoon and took off running towards sound,running through the rows of tightly knit dead trees that separated his station and Victor's. When he got to the clearing he saw that Victor was engaged in a serious battle with a unknown man, he searched for any other threats till his sight rested on Phisoxa and Enventus. He rushed off towards the two with his keyblade in hand.
Kyteis:" Phisoxa, don't you dare move."

 

Raz jumped back and looked up at the red energy and prepared his keyblade and claw as made sure the energy didn't hit him. He also made sure to keep his focus on Victor incase he was going to attack while Raz was distracted by the energy

 

Victor began to strike at Raz really quickly, the thorny teeth of his keyblade scrapped and slightly ripped at any patches of exposed skin they came in contact with as blood sprayed onto the dry ground below. The bunch of dead trees burned hot with flame as they were being turned into black ash.

 

Raz began to laugh despite the fact that his left arm was cut. Without and hesitation he immediately slashed downwards with his claws at Victor trying to hit any body part he could

OOC: I just wanted to let you guys know Im going out on Vacation for 3-4 days so see guys then

 

Eventus summoned his keyblade again, and flames engulfed his hands, as Trial by Fire formed, he stepped in front of Phisoxa, his keyblade gripped with both hands in front of him, "you are going to have to go through me to get to her," he said feircely, fire burning in his eyes.

 

The claws managed to scrap off a shard of Victor's armor though he didn't seem at all effected by the damage caused to the armor. As he shot foward again at the man an aura of red bright energy began to form around him and seem to engulf the air around him.
Victor:" So you want to fight with claws like a beast? They don't call me the Bear of the Council for nothing."
He said chuckling wickedly as his keyblade began to morph and shape itself into armored gloves that shaped his fingers into steel two feet long claws that looked very much like a bears and the force he swung them at was very much like a animal's, deadly, swift, and worse pretty close to the vitals such as the chest and gut.

Phisoxa:" No Eventus don't, we don't have to fight, we can just run away."
She said begging him as she came up beside him and grabbed his arm.
Kyteis:" What always made me wonder, why on earth did the council allow a weak coward to join the council such as yourself Phisoxa, instead of a determine lad such as I? I should have been the one who came out on top in the Rally of Knights and I thought you must of been the real deal. But as I see you now, the rumors are right, you are nothing but a weak little girl, who hides her true self behind your given title, your power, and status. But really you are a coward. Why did the X-blade choose you? It would make sense even if the host was a seven year old boy. But a weak young woman? I don't see why Nathaniel chooses to fancy you over the many other dignified women in the noblility. Just because you have a beautiful face and a nice form doesn't make you any better then a common harlot roaming the city streets."

Phisoxa seemed angered by his statement and stepped foward even though she was in such a weak state.
Phisoxa:" Shut up, I won that challenge fair and square, just because I'm a woman doesn't make us any different in strength. Anyways its not like I asked for this harassment, I mean no threat to you people, screw the curse of the X-blade I don't want it, if I could give it up, I would. I don't care about power, I just want my life to return back to the way it was. This X-blade is not a gift it is a curse, anyone who thinks different is nothing but a lowly greedy scum. But as always, the Ram has to envy those stronger then he."
Kyteis:" You just think you are better then I because of your filthy lastname, people who live normal or high classed lives see your family as famous and wealthy. But the children who live the unfortunate lives think you people are nothing but a waste of human life, you people have no purpose, you don't work yourselves to the bone neither do people know what it is like to survive, you guys even inslave the impure members of your very own family to serve the purebloods is what I hear, is that true? All of it I find truly disgusting and inhuman. Yet somebody of such origin stands above me in the ranks."

Phisoxa:" It's because you have no honor, no respect for others other then your own damn self. Most of the council are like that actually, selfish and you don't cherish what life truly means. You can't live twice you know so why do you people think that the normal people are nothing but tiny ants, you loose a handful, it doesn't matter, eventually it will be respawned. You people are truly the sick ones. True Greatness doesn't rely on power alone at all, it matters if you actually have the intelligence and common sense on how you work things out. Truly Nathaniel or any other of his goons don't deserve the power to take the throne. Your ways are not the way of light, you people are slowly sinking into the darkness and that is what is going to kill us all. You people keeping me alive is what is going to kill us all."
He raised his keyblade and sliced it at her, barely missing her on purpose, but the key's teeth managed to leave four bloody marks on her cheek.
Kyteis:" Shut up !!! Its not like you are doing anything to fight this war so you have no right to go making negative comments on how we decide to work."

 

Eventus jumped forward with Trial by fire gripped in his hands, flames were leaping around it, and a wall of fire formed on the opposite sid of Kyteis, "I told you you have to go through me!" he shouted in rage.

 

Mixt was against using an army of heartless since the heartless would simply steal the hearts if left to their own devices, but it seemed like anybody in the brainwashed crowd who was decent at fighting was on him. It was starting to get hard to deal with the sheer numbers. It was time to move on to a plan B. Mixt stopped landing blows for a moment as he removed the gauntlet on his left hand and dropped it to the ground. Then he made gash on his bare palm with his keyblade before returning to landing attacks rather than just dodging. Now however Mixt was more mobile in his attacks, making lines and wide arcs across the battle field.

 

Dace stood in Mixt's way, his sword and repaired armour ready to fight.
Dace: Stop!

Torxber watched the battle from atop a stone pilla. he wore his cloak and his face was concealed. he had decided against fighting Nathaniel. instead he would let Nathaniel to continue and leave himself open to attack.

 

Mixt: Stop what? If they don't die by my hand they will die by the hand of another. At least this way thier lives serve a purpose. I don't aim to fight you, at least not yet, but your life is a small price to pay to ensure my plan succeedes.

 

Dace: And what happens when you have all that stone? When you have all that power?

 

Mixt: Now that is an interesting question. If I do provide you with an answer you could easily ask why I want that, and so on and so forth. In the end one finds that there is very little point in anything that is done. I've used that tool enough on my enemies. For example, what do you stand to gain from stopping me?

An icy wind began to frolic through the air around the two opposing warriors, obviously of Kyteis' creation. He sprung forward as his spun his two keyblades in his hands at deadly speeds and angles. The sliver keyblade was laden with an diamond-like substance seemed to be the one causing the change in temperature. Sharp crystals of ice began to dot the area in which they were fighting. Phisoxa watched them, a look of guilt on her face as her breath could be easily seen in the cold air.

Phisoxa:" Oh what to do."
She said sitting down upon a frost bitten boulder that lie on the sidelines.
Phisoxa:" I wonder where Torxber is, because right now I wish to give him a beating again."
" My my, my dear child, why are you so glum?"
Phisoxa looked up at where the chilling voice, as soft and flowing as that of a lake in the moonlight, was coming from. Several feet up sitting upon the branch of a frozen dead tree sat Rould. He was calmly smiling down at her, his blue eyes ablaze with a chilling icy glow. Rould seemed very different then she had remembered him. He wasn't wearing his normal conservative formal coat, shirt, and pants which he always wore in the council. But he was wearing a black leather trench coat, that he left unbuttoned, exposing his bare chest which upon it had a strange tattoo and a couple deep battle scars. Rould wore black leather pants and pair of boots as well.

Phisoxa:" Oh why do you choose this time to say goodbye to me now, Rould?"
Rould:" I wasn't going to say goodbye forever anyways, I was just going to check up on you was all. Just making sure the brother of the Emperor or that Torxber boy weren't laying their filthy mitts on you, my pet."

 

Evenuts summoned fire to counteract the ice, as he locked his keyblade withKyteis' Keyblades, "why are you people doing this? Huh? All I see you doing is bickering over a throne that was never meant to belong to the council, and belive me, it never will," he said, fire lacing up and down Trial by fire.
