Phisoxa:" Fine go ahead, then I don't care, go do whatever you want, your majesty. I see why you weren't chosen in the first place, your brother was less stubborn."
She said in a insulting way.

 

Boy: we see how well my brotehrs ways went. Can't we?

 

Phisoxa:" It wasn't his fault these guys decided to turn into monsters after his death, he didn't know, he trusted them so much, you don't understand that. It won't matter anymore anyways, a new set of twins has been born, so if you do happen to be killed, you won't be missed."

 

Boy: Is that the same for you? No one will miss you?

 

Eventus looked at her, "you don't mean... Phisoxa is going to die?" he asked, "no... how will I repay her? I need to do something, is there any way I can help now? I don't care if I die trying, but I need to do something!"

 

Phisoxa:" Excatly, nobody will, I'm the X-blade, I cause everybody nothing but misery and pain, how can somebody possibly miss me if my death will promise them peace after all these years of war. You wouldn't understand anyways."

ooc: Okay guys just letting you know I'm going on vacation for like four days so it will be iffy If don't get internet or not. But just letting you know I will try to get on as much as I can to leave posts. But I left the rp at a good spot for you guys so make sure to keep posting, maybe begin some battles of somewhat. Okay so that gives you guys plenty of time to catch up and get in on the action if you haven't. I don't plan to end the rp till I get back and after Ego Imperium has finished the event between Xiao and Zei. <3

 

Boy: How would I noy understand? I was put to sleep so peace would exist, I made that sacrifice. I know what its like to give everything up. You are the only person I know now, everyone else is dead.

 

((This is a post to effectively remove my characters from the line for the rest of this RP, since I will not be present for its conclusion. Zei, we’ll say, has effectively escaped captivity with his allies. If I do return, and find that the RP is still going, I will play through for the other characters I’ve got. Either way, Xiao and Zei are gone off, and out of bounds. Otherwise, I’d like them all to be left out for as long as this continues)).

It had been so simple, convincing the sergeant to relinquish the children, and now, Xiao could feel at least some measure of power flowing through her that she had not felt in a long while, not since she had emerged alive and well from her eons of travel through the realms of darkness and nothingness. But it was not true power, the kind that was physically manifested. It was a power far more potent than that, for it had far fewer holes and restrictions. She had the power, now, of knowing that she could turn everything that was happening into her own favor. Either sooner, or later, she would be able to exploit the war… or so she had come to believe.

For now, she had left the children, her greatest treasure, in the hands of some of her own ‘cohorts’, and had begun her flight over the barren landscape of Sunset Horizon. It was not much different than it had been when she had come to it before: The camps still stood as well as could have been expected, flouting their charred and ransacked tents with an eerie sort of honor. But these places were all empty, for the thought of camping out had escaped the minds of the people that were so steadily arriving upon the desert plains. They had no need, or rather, no desire for a group strategy on either side, to say the least. “Nothing more than a wild man’s brawl,” she spat.

Yet it was in fact somewhere far off from the clashing of blades, and the blasting of cannons that she came across a being that peaked her interest. From a nook etched into the side of a plateau, she felt a small surge of energy that was inverse to her own, and seemingly of an equivalent level of power, if not slightly weaker in terms of maturity. Nonetheless, she was interested in just such a character, and felt it best to have a look see. Even one person such as this one, who gave her such a feeling of threat, could easily swipe power out from under her nose. “Let us see what this is all about, shall we?”

It had been a long run, and a narrow one as well. This, Zei Je, and Renee Savian knew well enough as they sheltered themselves in the confinement of the plateau’s cave. It wasn’t the ideal hiding spot; but when they considered the truth that the battle was miles away from them, they counted that as a blessing, in any case. “Well,” Zei said, calling the attention of the liberated Twilight Town Defense Force and Renee, “Now that you’re all settled, I think that I would do best to take my leave for the field of battle.” He was met by a wave of disapproving glares and shakes of the head, that he almost chose to ignore. “Why the long faces?”

“Because,” Renee said, inching close in to his face. “Because you’ve no reason to go out there now! We can’t survive this on our own.”

“Calm yourself,” Zei said reassuringly. “You are an elite team, even without Keyblades of your own. You can manage in this place. I’m sure of it. So long as the X-Blade keeps away form here, you’ll be fine. Besides, my reasons for going are just that!”

“Just what?”

“The X-Blade. I was given a mission, by my highest elders, to maintain the balance between light and darkness. I believe that the X-Blade can help me accomplish that, if I can just get my hands on it. Now there will be no more talk on the matter. I am going to join the battle, and that’s the final word on it, Lady Savian.”

“But who will help us if the Kyebearer Elites come this way? Hmmm??”

“Then I suppose that would be me!” Stated a blunt voice from the shadows. “Can’t a man find any resting place anywhere these days?” The face, and soon, body, of Cornelius Boroughs stepped out from a corner, apparently having taken shelter there before any of the others had arrived, and been stirred by the conversation. “Cornelius Boroughs,” he said to them.

“And why trust you?” Renee questioned.

“Does the name Adrian Savian ring a bell with you?”

“Yeah,” Renee said, puzzled by the sudden statement, though not by his knowing her last name. “He was… my husband, until he died in combat. Why?”

“Let’s just say that he died so that I could live. I owe him that favor.” He held his hand to his heart, which was as tempted to seek the X-Blade as Zei’s was. “On my honor, I’ll keep you well and safe as long as this battle lasts.”

[Outside]

Zei’s need for presence had expired. Silently, with his weapon in hand, he exited the cave, taking his first steps back onto the shifting sands. Giving himself a quick mental bearing, he set off towards where he could feel the battling the strongest, and set course in that direction. Near instantly, he could tell that he was not the only one headed that way from the plateau. Another entity, versed in spiritual matters, was hot on his trial. “Hmmm. I know you’re there. And I am not particularly thrilled to be meeting you again, mysterious woman.”

“So you DO remember me, don’t you?” Xiao landed in the sand in front of Zei, standing about ten feet away from him. “Might I ask what brings YOU back to this forlorn place?”

“It is quite simple. I seek to take the X-Blade back to my order, and use it to achieve a true balance within existence. What brings YOU back to this forlorn place?”

“Tsk. Tsk. It would seem that both of us are after the same thing I suppose. I do hate it when things pan out that way. Don’t you?” Her tail slithered out form behind her back, like a serpent striking out from tall grass. In HER hand, Judgment had manifested, letting out a portion of spirit energy. It would be easy to lay waste to the man’s soul, even if it was a potent one.

Zei, however, had already been in anticipation of such a tactic, and put out a wave of his own. Like any conflicting forces, Zei’s Chi, and Xiao’s Chi, both collided, and cancelled out. And it was Zei who fallowed through into the next move, bringing his blade into a thrusting position as a plowed forward towards the demon. He knew but one thing: The X-Blade had to be his destiny, and the only way to that destiny, was through this woman, or beast, or whatever she was.

But Xiao, just as well as he, had anticipated his move, and had prepared a counter of her own. Eclipse instantly forming in her right hand, she jumped both herself, and Zei to another location, one far from Sunset Horizon, in fact, in a realm other than Light or Dark. It mattered, in that case, very little to Xiao, if she was to lose the battle, for Zei would be incapable of returning from where ever it was they went. At least, he would not be able to directly. The bottom line was that they were both gone, opposites, attracted to one another in the end, and finally, meeting in their destined clash.


((A bit rushed, I know. Like I said, I just did this for a sense of closure for my characters)).

 

The Keyblades clashed in the battle field. The sounds of glory and death filled the air. The scene of the battle was a bloody one... one that some can't help but enjoy.

Music

"Haha... Nothing beats death in the morning... Or is this the afternoon?" Asked Rako "Oh, never mind." Rako jumped into the battle, Transforming his appearance to Master Xehanort. The fighters looked shocked as they saw him, while others were either mindless or just didn't know him. Rako pulled out the replication of Xehanort's weapon. He effortlessly took down the other fighters, merely cutting them down or grabbing their keyblades with his hand and then cutting them down. They posed no threat to his power.

 

OOC: Sorry for not being on. Looks like this thread got unsubscribed at some point. I must have hit a wrong button somewhere. I’ll be sure to be checking in more consistently for the end here.

IC: Mixt sat on a rock formation and meditated, slicing down anyone that came too close with hardly any movement outside his arm. He made it look easy and for the most part it was. The call of the X-blade made all of them so predictable they might as well have been declaring their every move.

This was to be the blood seal to end all others. In fact, this was not even counted towards one of Mixt’s seven. Mixt’s whole plan revolved around this day coming to fruition. Until now he had only been making points. But any alchemist knows that points mean nothing without a circle. But this blood seal was to be so immense that it was its energy would spread and form the circle connecting the other points. One day Sunset Horizons would be the place where all the souls of this war would gather into the Philosopher’s Stone.

Mixt opened his eyes and slowly stood up. Now having done the calculations to know that there was enough people here to make plan work, it was time for Mixt to go on a killing spree.

 

Phisoxa:" Well why don't you get out there and win your crown, and furthermore the respect of your people, your public. Then instead of you knowing nobody, everyone will love you. Anyways since you refuse to fight me, I have no business with sticking around here, I have other things to attend to instead of babysitting some pipsqueak."
She said walking away from the area where Nathaniel and the boy were and onto another strangely empty area near the foot of the rocky cliffs. She wondered why any other knights hadn't made it to this point by now unless there was something holding them back.

Phisoxa felt a strong and overwhelming presence that seemed to be residing within the area, one that was quite similar to Nathaniel's or any of the top ranked council members. But suddenly she felt the presence disappear from it's location and she searched area for where it may have gone. Thinking that maybe that coast was clear, Phisoxa continued to keep walking till suddenly she presence appear behind her. She spun around quickly to catch the glimpse of whoever was coming at her but she was too slow and she was knocked back onto ground. A end of a thorny keyblade was pointing at her neck as the tall armored knight wielding it chuckled darkly.

Phisoxa:" I knew the Bear would be out on the prowl, why did you leave the Wolf to handle things all by himself? I thought you pledged your protection and loyalty to him?"

Victor:" What I want to know is why the Eagle decides to fly her out on her own and think that she won't attract any bad attention, especially considering the current state she is in? But don't expect me to let you go this time dear."
He looked down at her chest which to any normal person appear nothing lying upon it. But since his heart was so strong, he could see a strange emblem of light marking where her heart lie and a pale light shining from it.

Victor:" It's getting stronger with every fatal ounce of blood spilled, with all this greed and dark intention filling the hearts of the wielders it consumes."

 

Eventus climbed yet higher, until he could see someone who looked like Phisoxa in the distance, "I see her! Over there!" he said.

OOC: when will blizzard be on?

 

"well well well looks like things are pretty interesting over here" Raz said sitting on a big rock. He had his left arm rested on his knee with a grin. On his left arm was one of his claws and in his right was his keyblade apocalypse "those others were pretty boring and weak. You guys don't look weak though" Raz said

 

ooc: blizzard will be out till Tuesday due to a medical condition. you can get involved with my characters since you spot them already while she is gone.

Victor let go of the collar of Phisoxa's shirt, letting her head fall back down to the ground and stepped over her body smiling a interested smile up at the man seated upon a boulder.
Victor:" Aye, you don't look like someone from my cavalry, is it possible someone could get past all those brainwashed soldiers that are prowling outside of this area of the desert? You don't seem to be any joke either."
Phisoxa rolled over onto her side after a failed attempt to sit up since she was so weakened from the X-blade's consumption of nearly all her energy. She the pushed herself up off the ground and almost stumbled but regain her balance.
Phisoxa:" No sir there is nothing much too look at here, we are nothing but weakened soldiers, we wish not to fight. Anyways I was busy fighting with him myself."
She said looking up at him with a pleading look in her eyes. Victor grabbed Phisoxa by the arm and shook her.
Victor:" Silence you don't have a voice in this conversation, you are my prize now and I don't intend on allowing you to poison our discussion with your useless bickering. So stop being a coward and trying to weasel yourself a escape."

 

OOC: ok.
BIC: Eventus jumped down from the cliff, and hit the ground running towards Phisoxa, he needed to help her.

 

"don't go around underestimating me. After all I wasnt a general for nothing" Raz said as he stood up. "I wanted to try out this new body. It does wonders on the battlefield but make the fight seem boring" Raz said as he took off the hood he wore and revealed that his body had become younger. He now had the body of a 25 year old. Raz looked over at Phisoxa with a smile "I almost forgot. Thanks for releasing me" Raz said

 

Phisoxa's attention was turned from the fight about to arise between Victor and Raz to the sight of Eventus who was coming towards her at such speed. From what she could see, he was trying to help her out. A fearful look appeared on Phisoxa's face.
Phisoxa:" No Eventus, stop, don't come any closer, Victor will maul you with his strength, don't try being the hero, you are too young to suffer such a fate."
She said wrenching her body free of Victor's strong grasp.

 

Mixt fought any soldier that came anywhere close to him. It was far too easy. His armor now bore scratches from a couple of miscalculations, but no one had injured him yet. As the battle progressed the weak ones around him died off and the stronger ones were slowly seeing him as a threat. It was all still easy for him but it wouldn't be much longer before he would be encountering the strongest of the brainwashed soldiers.

 

At least a fifty feet away from the deserted area at the foot of the cliffs a young knight's council member around nineteen years old with pale green eyes and bright gingery hair that fell down to his shoulders sat on the ground laying against one of the mobile particle cannons that hadn't been set out to attack the air fleet yet, since alot of the men in his platoon were either brainwashed and had already ran off or if they were injured or simply didn't want to fight. The injured men as well as still sane soldiers sat around the cannon talking amongst themselves quietly or simply just sat mute with shock from watching their friends kill get killed.
Suddenly there was a outcry a few feet from where the cannon was parked, a man who's heart had finally given in to the X-blade's control had wandered back from the battle the young council member's platoon had just endured. He had his keyblade out and was aiming to attack the wounded and weakened soldiers even though he was one of their own.
The young knight got up and drew his keyblade.
Kyteis:" Hey you get a hold of yourself, don't allow your heart to be weak cadet, don't let it influence you."
He said approaching the man, who had a smirk on his face and he was chuckling harshly under his breath. He began to charge at the knight.
Kyteis:" I don't want to do this my friend, please stop it, your fellow soldiers need you, think about it. I'm sorry but, I can't allow you to kill those who still haven't been effected."

He grabbed the man by arm as they clashed and the Knight ran his keyblade through the man's gut. The horrid chuckles stopped and his smile disappeared as the two stood there for a moment, Kyteis hugged the man and whispered into his ear while ripping the badge from the man's armor.
Kyteis:" I'm sorry, it's time to rest now, I'm sure your wife and children would understand."
The man fell to the ground in a pool of blood and lay there dead.

 

Flames surrounded Eventus as he ran, he heard what Phisoxa had said, but he didn't care, he owed this woman his life, and he wasn't about to back down now. He jumped high into the air, and landed next to Phisoxa, facing Victor and Raz, "Phisoxa, you forget that your talking to the Great warrior of Fire, the lone survivor of the greatest battle the light fleet has had previous to this!" he said.
