The Keyblade War: Rewind and press Play

Drake continued to run and soon reached the room where Eventus an Xiam was "huh? What's going on here?" Drake said. That's strange...there was a great amount of darkness here and now it's gone Drake thought to himself

 

Rako didn't bother finishing Mixt's sentence. "Oh, but you've already enlightened me as to what's going on here, Mixt." Rako gained insight into everything Mixt had experienced along with his powers with a single touch. "Now, if you'll excuse me..." Rako headed towards the others.

 

Eventus just starred her in the eye, then he sighed, "whoever invented the saying: all is black and white, they were wrong, dead wrong," he said.

 

Torxber: Ok what ever. Surrender now and you can become my prisoner or I will kill you and Phisoxa right here and now. Your choice.
Behind Rould the sancuarary had charged both its main cannons it fire, one shot aimed next to ROuld to scare him the other aimed at him and would kill him and Phisoxa.

Xiam: Now, I suggest you get to the hanger if you want to help the others, otherwise we can keep talking.
Xiam looked towards Drake.
Xiam: Oh, um Phisoxa, Mixt and Torxber left ship and found a seeker, master Xeohnort and and a creature that goes by the name Rako and this ship is getting ready to kill Rould and Phisoxa if ROuld dowen't surrender seeing as Rould is holder her close to him and we can't let the seekers get ahold of the x-blade. Xiam looked at Eventus
Xiam: Did I miss anything?

 

Eventus looked shocked for a moment, "umm.... how did you- nevermind, I don't want to know," he said, then ran off down to the hanger area, looking for at least one undamaged ship.

 

Rould didn't seem a least bit frightened by being faced with something that would at any moment incinetrate him in a flash but he still wore a calming smile,he released Phisoxa and she fled from him in a quick manner, a mixture of confused and sad emotion on her face. She stopped a few feet in front of Torxber and stared him dead in the face, her eyes full of regret and hatred and she slapped him across the cheek and stomped past him and took off on her own about twenty feet away from the others to go stand by the water's edge of the beach. Phisoxa kicked at the dull and grainy beach as she sat down by where the water skidded across the sand. The young woman buried her face into her knees and just sat there motionless.

Master Xehanort:" Don't take it so offensively, she acts nothing more like a mere child. I don't expect anymore from her since shes always been this rash. Time will pass and soon she won't have anything else to resist for. Phisoxa will be easy to break and everything living thing can be broken, no matter how fiery one can be. This a recognizable outcome of the bearer of the X-blade, at first they will try to resist their given fate and soon they will go mad with despair and anger, only for it to all collapse and end up driving the soul and spirit from their own beating hearts."

Meanwhile . . . within the Radiant Garden . . .

The old man responded with a startled cry of pain as he fell to the ground with a loud thump his back and he lay there unconcious. Nuthura wiggled herself free from the grip of the man and sat herself down by the man's wrinkled face where his locks of hair fell into it. She was confused at what just happened yet she turned her attention to the appearence of heartless. The small girl seemed to be terribly horrified of the creatures who seemed to be focusing on her and Ansem more then they did on the young boy who's heart was already so much corrupt with darkness that they didn't seem to take notice of him, they only took notice of the amount of warm light the child Nuthura had and they longed for it greatly. The boy could only stand there and watch as they closed in.

Eventus finaly found a gummi ship that was undamaged, on the far side of the hanger from Phisoxa's battle. When he ran over to it, and climbed in, he took a quick look at the type, a smaller, lower powered, but faster and more manuverable fighter type, similar to the type the sky force on his home world used. "This should be easy," he muttered, as he climbed into the cockpit.

 

Diablo let out a chuckle as he watched Dante jump out the window, "Whatever you say Romeo," he said as he was considering the thought of jumping out the window also but decided he should check on Shira, Seth, and Mickey, he turned and walked out, his cloak flying to the floor as he smirked and left the room.

Meanwhile in the Hanger..

Crystal was back in the hanger looking around again and hid when she heard footsteps running into the room, she was hiding under a gummi ship near Eventus's ship, she didn't even look to see who it was, till she poked her head out and noticed Eventus, she crawled out from under the ship and looked over at Eventus wondering where he was going.

 

Drake closed his eyes in confusion, not knowing what to do

I cant just go into the dark realm like that, he will awaken...but I have to help Phisoxa


If your so desperate to go why don't you just go? I will of course awaken and take over if you come in contact with a fight, but we cant afford you trying to struggle for control again. We both know that we will become berserk. I promise I will be good and only beat up the bad guys. Thats all I want to do. I don't want to ruin the fun by turning berserk

.......Alright then......but you better behave if you awaken

And with that Drake closed his eyes and teleported away. He appeared on the beach and noticed Phisoxa up ahead. He walked up to her and gently put his hand on her shoulder "hey? wanna talk?" Drake said noticing something was wrong

 

Excellent. The twins came into Cornelius' grasp; the girl, he held tightly in one arm, while the boy, he latched onto by the collar. He seemed to be drawn to the heartless, which, in turn, appeared to be averting themselves from him. Cornelius overlooked this, viewing it as an unimportant factor. The shadows hovered around the four of them. For a moment, none of the heartless made a move. Then, one bold shadow amongst them cleared out an opening to the girl, lunging towards her even as Cornelius grasped onto her.

Big mistake. A second jolt of purple lightning lashed out at the attcking heartless, carrying stright through its body and onto the next one. Each one fell in succession as the lightning weaved a ragged circle. As soon as the last one had been vanquished, Cornelius opened a corridor through the dark realms, through which he, the children, and the unconcscious Ansem The Wise fell. It was a short trip, which let out in upon a large rock, resting at the foot of an enormous waterfall... the Rising Falls of Radiant Garden, just outside of the castle's front gate. "We're safe now," he said.

"Maybe not as safe as you might think."

Rako laughed. This group of people are fools... they stay in bitter fight while not realizing what they are in for. Rako tried to stay out of the middle of these fighters. Rako went over to Master Xehanort and touched his shoulder "Excuse me, I'm new to this whole affiar, would you mind telling me what's going on?"

 

Eventus looked over to see Crystal, "what do you want?" he tried to say as nicely as possible, "I kinda have to take off soon, so speak up."

 

Torxber looked at Rako and suddenly saw Rako's hand on Xeohnorts shoulder.
Torxber: Not this time.
Torxber transformed his keyblade into a dagger and threw it straight at Rako's hand.

The captain looked at Renee.
Captain: Don't question me. O have orders to drop you at one of our border bases for you to reddem your selves, but if you question me again I guess a riot could out break and we will be forced to kill your men.
The Captain turned and headed back to her office.

Rodarn sat in his private study. He had been studying all the legends and Prophevies of the cursed twins. He looked up as he senced something. A darkness at the Rising Falls. He looked out the window of his study towards the falls.He put his coat on and summoned the Balance Keeper, the keyblade that was perfectly balanced between darkness and light. He smashed the window open and jumped threw it running for the rising falls jumping from building roof to building roof heading for Rising Falls.

 

Phisoxa:" No I'm okay, I don't need any help. It's not like the state of my well being matters much anymore. Anyways you should out and about worrying about the normal people of the ground. Their survival matters more than mine, my life means nothing now since I have lost nearly everything dear to me, my best friends, my dreams, my sanity, and most of all ,my freedom."
She said resting her head between her knees comfortably and trying to keep the warmth of her light from dimming from the deep dark cold nothingness of the dark realm. But a warming hand lie itself upon her cheek, caressing her softly which caught her attention. It was Dante, he had managed to catch up to the others but even though Dante was showing such a bold expression of his affection for her, Phisoxa didn't even try to hit him or try to tell him off. She only sat there patiently, too caught up in her grief to give too much notice.
Phisoxa:" Why is it that you always try to chase after things you know you don't have the chance of ever having. Why do you show me love even though I selfishly return it with nothing but rejection. I'm too inhuman to be allowed to enjoy such things."
Dante:" Shut it, I won't have you saying such childish and hurtful things about yourself just because you are still quite angry and hurt about this series of current events. Rould is completely behind you now, you don't need to worry about him."
He said sitting down slowly next to her slowly and staring out at the dark ocean that seemed to go on forever.

Master Xehanort in a flash disappeared from the grasp of the man's hand and reappeared fight feet away from them. A serious look on his and his keyblade in hand. A bloody cut appeared on the top of Rako's hand, not cause by that of Torxber's blade, but by that of Xehanort's. It served as a type of small warning, even though as serious as it seemed.

Meanwhile . . . .

The young girl seemed a little frightened by the whole incident and she still felt a little uneasy. She wore small sprinkles of tears in her eyes that glinted in the light but she didn't seem to be crying at all. Her brother on the other hand was more amazed by the place they were brought to and didn't seem a least bit terrified.

 

The small cut served as nothing compared to the dagger that had gone right through his hand. Rako had already absorbed all of Xehanort's abilities the second he touched him. Rako's confidence was shaken, however, when Torxber had siad 'Not this time.' What did that mean? Could it be he knew who Rako was? No matter. Mixt's and Xehanort's abilities served as enough power to take almost anyone down. Rako still had to know. "What do you mean, 'not this time'?" asked Rako of Torxber "If I may say, that is an odd statement." Rako pulled the dagger out of his hand. The wound slowly, but quicker than normal, sealed, as thanks to his regenerative powers.

 

Torxber: You already gained Mixt's and Xeohnort's ablities, but I refuse to let you get anyone elses.
Torxber waved his hand and the dagger disappeared from Rako's grip and reappeared in Torxber's. It had taken the shape of a keyblade again.
Torxber: I know who you are. Son of the dammed.

 

Drake smiled and stood back a bit leaving the two alone and looked out at the ocean and the moon with his arms crossed

 

Music

Surprise took Rako. "What...?" Rako was practically speechless "But... but how?" Rako shook off his suprise "No matter... It merely means my reputation exceeds myself." Rako knew better. I must retreat... he could kill me. He knows who I am. I must recover the Moon Shard and the Sun Shard. Once that is completed, I will achieve my final form. Then, this fool will realize what trouble he's truly gotten himself into! "I don't care who you are, you will die. We all shall die. It is natural to die." Rako said, starting to get angry. Rako had only just begun and already he was found out. "How... how do you...?" This situation is getting tense, even for me... I must find a distraction!

 

Master Xehanort wasn't moved at all by the exchange of words but he seemed more interested in something else. He could sense something was out of whack upstairs in the world above this deep dark prison.
Master Xehanort:" Something truly interesting seems to be going on in the world above, the tension between groups is somehow weakening I wonder what that means."
He said as he put his hands out in front of him and he formed what looked to be a orb of light,shape, and sound. It was a sort of visual portal into the events of the worlds beyond the dark realm. He used his power to fix the image inside the orb till it was decipherable as well as easily viewable by himself and the others. A visual of Nathaniel and around ten of his best knights appeared, they seemed to be at a speech that was being held in the world of Sarca, the city of technology and neon lights. A massive crowd of locals as well as reporters were swarmed in the plaza below his podium.

Nathaniel:" I know that you are all confused as well as distraught with the proposal to have the Light and the Dark forces to join together and end most conflict between us. But you see, our true enemies are not the people of the dark, but the hordes of Rebels that oppose the Light's power and how the Light wishes to fight for peace and restore it. And maybe, just maybe, we can make this war easier for ourselves if we were to declare peace with the Dark Realm in order to stop this terrible war.
With them on our side we can have unimaginable power. If you don't believe that the Residents of the Dark are actually trying to agree to our terms, then think again. Soon a treaty shall be signed right in this very city between the Council and the leaders of the Dark Fleet to provide a marriage between both sides and provide a healthy and peaceful balance to the worlds now that both sides can have equal power. Once we rescue our darling Phisoxa Mindell from the clutches of the Rebels,then we can sleep easily now knowing that the individual's power and strength won't be used against us."

 

The chilling, harsh sound of a feminine voice was all that broke the late night air in The Great Maw. Immediately after the far from assuring one-liner, the voice fell into presence. It was a familiar one at the very least.

Xiao Kuan came into view, tall, sleek, and all around, possessing the same demonic beauty she had had since her emergence in the wars. She looked at Cornelius, not with malice, but with an eerie kindness and a smile that would have welcomed him into her arms, had his memories of her not been so horrid. “Dear. You’ve no idea how pleased I am to see you here. But you will, and that’s all that really matters.”

“I remember you,” Cornelius scoffed with a narrow gaze. “You killed off my entire platoon back on Sunset Horizons!” He readied his stance for a battle. If the demon lashed out, he’d lash back. If she didn’t lash out, then he’d get his first hit in on her anyways. And this time, he told himself, I won’t be the one that dies. “Now get lost, before I show you what the Suicide Runners are truly capable of.”

“Honey, you’ve already fulfilled the duties of a Suicide Runner just fine. You died back there on Sunset Horizon, just like the rest of your platoon. That, and you’ve only got me to thank for being brought back to life in the first place.”

“And what makes you think that I would think to thank you for leaving me with a back seat driver for my soul?”

“The fact that I am going to do something that you might not have the heart to do when the time come.”

“What are you talking about?”

“Give me the children, and I’ll do you the favor of ending this war. They won’t be any use if you kill them off. You’d be sacrificing your own power by letting that happen.”

“It’s not like you’ve anything else to offer me.”

“Not true, honey. I could sap that soul out from you again, and leave you dead, if you don’t comply with my wishes. But if you DO want real power, I’ve got something that will lead you to that.” She reached into her gauntlet, forcing out the blood red talisman she had liberated from spiritual confinement. “This,” she said.

“That?” Cornelius questioned. “That, as you have put it, doesn’t seem nearly powerful enough to be of any use to me.”

“Sometimes, things that don’t seem very powerful, can unlock power that a man or a woman can only dream of. You have one chance now. You either take the talisman, or I take your life again. It’s that simple.”
