I haven't been in a KH RP in a while.Could i get a location on where the people are and what they're doing?

These guns blast lightning and when he doesn't need them they just fold back into two normal gloves.
Gender: Male
Relations: He doesn't know anyone.
History: He gained his keyblades through a lightning storm.A bolt of lightning almost hit him but they appeared and protected him.He transforomed them into guns to disguise them because he was chased by organisation to gain the keyblades.He learned to control lightning.He also learned how to portal from a member in the organisation known as "roxas".
Appearance:Black jacket,black t-shirt,an oblivion keychain on a chain around his neck,Black cargo pants,black boots .He has blond spiky hair and dark blue eye's.
