The Keyblade War-Breath of the Future

Phisoxa sighed sadly almost as she watched them spar, her pale face reflecting the warm light of a lit torch nearby.
" Things never seem change do they?"

 

"Nope, not really" Mixt said as he spun against the current and slashed wildly into the mist to disrupt the current.

 

"Friend?" a voice asked Mixt in his head, it sounded like a little boy, except it had the pressence of a consumer. The man approached Mixt and readied to stab Mixt threw the heart.

 

"Friend" Mixt's heart called back. He couldn't quite place the voice but it sounded and felt familiar. Mixt flashstepped to the side. It wasn't quite at the level that it normally was because of the gravity, but it was still effective to dodge such a basic attack.

 

The man followed after Mixt. "I protect my friends" the voice said to Mixt as the man went to finish Mixt, but just before it hit Mixt it hit an invisible object, like a barrier. The man was then sent flying across the room. A young boy in an orginization coat appeared in front of Mixt, "Friend!" he said happily looking at Mixt. He tapped his foot on the ground and dispelled the gravity attack and then gave orders for the consumers to start attacking. "Everyone shall become my friends" the boy said eagerly.

 

" Who on earth is that child?"
Phisoxa wondered as she watched her comrades manage to pull themselves up from the ground and move themselves out of the way of the battle path, but Phisoxa remained, she had little to worry about.

 

Mixt let the boy do what he wanted for a bit but was very cautious. what was he up to?

 

God killer started glowing white as music started playing, but to the consumers and everyone connected to them it was a deafening screaming noise. The man used God killer's light to blow up the consumers taht came towards him. The kid covered his ears and screamed in pain from the noise as the consumers shrieked and became confused.

 

" Stop it, your hurting him !!!"
Phisoxa shouted at the Man as she felt almost powerless to try and help the boy, Phisoxa wandered over to him when the Man refused to listen.
" Calm yourself please."

 

Mixt couldn't help but wince at the noise but had taught himself enough self control that it didn't cripple him. Why would he use that much force, surely he realizes it only makes the rest of the consumers that much harder to kill.

 

The man ignored Phisoxa as he fired beams, though they where the same attack over and over the consumers weren't adapting, and they couldn't learb how to dodge the attacks. The boy started crying from the pain, begging for it to end.

 

The boy's pain stirred Phisoxa's emotion, it made her remember the sadness she felt when she couldn't see or even talk to her children anymore, or how she couldn't even touch them. Phisoxa kneel down and attempted to wrap her arms around the child in a comforting embrace, but she knew he wouldn't feel it for she was nothing but spiritual energy.
" Please stop crying."

 

"Alright that's it" Mixt said as he charged the man. If the consumers weren't adapting then he would need to protect them. According to Phantoma they were people and their lives shouldn't just be thrown away like that.

 

"warmth" the boy said quietly as Phisoxa tried to hug him.

The man aimed a shy right a Mixt's chest and fired.

 

" I know can't touch me but, It's the least I can do. Please stop crying, that sound is nothing as long as you use your heart to guide you through the worst."
Phisoxa said tightening her embrace around him, this moment brought back memories of her having her son Atem in her arms back when everything was still okay. The thought managed to make her cry as well, but she only cried silently, only her face showing her grief as her arm tears rolled softly down her cheeks.

 

Mixt made a thrusting motion with his keyblade to charge straight through the attack.

 

The attack hit the keyblade but split into millions of tiny beams the impaled Mixt, though his consumer nanites started healing him, he still felt the pain.

 

Mix tg rimaced but did not stop the attack. He had long since learned to not let pain get in his way. Back in the Dark Army men were trained to thte degree that they would often continue to fight enven once they were missing a limb, granted most of them no longer thought too clearly at that point.

 

The boy tried to cluch Phisoxa as he screamed again from the pain. The mans attack slowed Mixt just enough that he activated the gravity spell again and started crushing the consumers and Mixt again.

 

Phisoxa felt the need to help Mixt but couldn't she had to help the boy and hopefully Mixt was up to the challenge.
" You need to help your friends, young one, if you sit here they will die,everyone of them. Please . . ."
She said hugging him tightly.
