The Keyblade War-Breath of the Future

Atem:" You know what, it's best if I don't get involved who knows, you might be dragging me into a trap. Why should I trust you now."
He said turning as he suddenly lost his interest, making Sophie look quite a bit worried as he strutted off, not even waiting for others to follow.
Atem:" It's best we start preparing to make the trip to save mother. Once she is back maybe she can help dad come back as well."
Atem said as he opened a small portal as he tread through and Sophie began running at the portal along with Nemo, dragging Abel along with them so they could dash through without much trouble, they made it before the portal shut and they wound up someplace strange. A meeting room full of white, yet it was empty and the eerie silence foretold that nobody had been here in a long time. Above them 13 white chairs sat overhanging from the walls , encircling them.
Atem knew where they were, but Sophie nor Nemo knew where they were.
Nemo:" Where are we?"
Atem:" I can't say, for now, we can just wait for those who are wishing to meet with us."

 

Phantoma suddenly appeared, sitting in the highest seat. Other people started appearing in other seats.

 

Nemo:" These guys are seriously starting to creepy me out and where the hell are we? I don't think I ever remember coming here. Not at all, there some dreary darkness about this place. I can sense it."
Atem:" There is more then darkness here, but there is nothingness as well."
Atem said as he stared up at them.

 

"I hearby announce the start of the triaal for Atem Xemit" Phantoma said to everyone. Chains suddenly came up from the ground and tied everyone down except Sophie.

 

Atem seemed not phased by the sudden rude action, but Nemo seemed bewildered as he struggled in his chains while Atem remained calm.
Nemo:" trial, what for? Trials are only for the convicted, so far Atem hasn't done anything criminal."

 

"I agree, isn't this a little to far?" a young female member asked. "Far? The boy has brought chaos with his very existence, I say he should be killed along with his mother and everyone of her children!" an older male meber said. The different members started bickering until Phantoma raised his hand. All the member silenced. "Atem Xemit, you are here by accused of bring chaos to the worlds when the threat of the consumers is apon us. Sophie is your defence and she shall speak for you" Phantoma said.

 

Sophie:" Eh?! What . . . why not let him . . .!!"
Atem:" Sophie do it, I don't to be causing any problems."
Sophie:' Fine !!"
She said as she proceeded forward and stopped a few feet from the foot of the tallest seat.
Sophie: So you are saying that being born into the world is a crime? That his existence is a crime? Well he had no choice had he, if you are wondering whom should be to blame, it would be you people, for allowing his parents to come together before and birth him. So you are going to blame him for your own mistakes?"

 

"So she says it is our fault that one who had died came back to life and had a child. No, we attempted to keep the mother dead. If she where alive she would be the one on trial" One of the older male members said. "Nonsense, his power is enough to lead us against the consumers" A younger male said. "Please, lord Xemit is all that is needed against the Consumers, he can sense when they are coming and he even has control over them. All this brat would do is cause problems" a young woman yeld. Half the member cheered at her words while the others protested. Again Phantoma rasied his hand and everyone silenced. "Miss Sophie, please continue" Phantoma said.

 

Sophia:"It is best you allow him to proove himself and watch him bring his mother back, then whatever concerns you have, you can talk it over with her. . -"
Atem interupted rudely without permission in a spat of rage
Atem" So you think you have complete control over her life? Whenever does something of her own will, you think it is bad? So having children with the man she loved is a crime too? Then I guess even children these days can be called criminals if something such as that is considered bad. So why didn't you just kill me and my brother before we had the chance, why allow us to live and suffer your mistakes later on if we are so bad. Why didn't you attack my half sister or brother either? They were of my mother's making too and in there time caused much trouble !!!"

 

"The councils will was denied at that time, the Tohemi corporation was blocking use from intervening. If we could have we would have. Now that Tohemi is gone we are able to exercise this councils full will" The old member said. "Stop this, he is barley an adult, have you no mercy!" the youngest female meber said.

 

" So you are going to kill us in cold blood now because we have reached your limits. Well, there is no way in hell that I am going to become someone else's pawn nor shall my mother or brother. Pretty soon mother will be reborn and help balance things once more but. . . I don't want you people coming near her ! No matter what "crime" she has committed. Come near her and I will tear you all to bits."
Atem said as he struggled in the chains and Sophie tried to calm him.

 

"Is that a threat?" Phantoma said, speaking for the first time. His voice alone was enough to make everyone fill with fear. "You think we are good for nothing killers? You young boy are arogant and naive. Your very existence causes the consumers to spread and yet here you are threatning me, the one person who can save your life, the one person who can bring your mother back" Phantoma said as he held out a small golden orb in his hand, well away from anyone.

 

" As long as it keeps your hands off her once shes revived I will continue to."
Atem said challengingly and Sophie eyed the orb in Phantoma's hand with worry.
" Atem please don't."

 

"You are in no postion to tell me what to do" Phantoma said tightning his grip around the orb, its started to crack.

 

Atem:" You think showing me a sure show of power is going to scare me? Wrong."
He said eying the orb daringly as Sophie looked desperate.
" Please stop !! You don't have to do this !"

OOC: Okay got to go, be back later.

 

As the last words left Sophies mouth the orb shattered. Its fragments fell down infront of Atem but just before they hit the ground. "All those in favour?" Phantoma asked the council. Half the members acknowledged. "I as well favour" Phantoma said "Atem Xemit, you are to be banished along with you siblings" Phantoma said as all Phisoxa started to disinagrate. But they where all reattching themselves in a never ending corridor.

 

Abel watched the events unfold, too scared of what was happening to think of what to do.

 

zero got his keyblade out and dark energy flow out of him and midory "you baster who the hell do you think you are to chose who life and die your just nobody you not event and existent and you shatter my friend last way to come back i never hated someone but i will kill you "zero jump up and charge phantoma at full force

midory went to get atem and free him "atem get ready to fight this is going to be a hell zone if zero is angry like that " zero heartless star to come out slowly

 

Atem:" Mother's body is slowly disappearing, if it disappears, mom will be trapped in the body of cat forever."
Atem said as he looked up as if sensing the air and clutched the necklace in his breast pocket which had belonged to his mom before she died.
Sophie:" Wait Phantoma you can't do this, you can't just banish them !! If you mean all his siblings, do you mean Nuthura and Moegiro as well? You can't do that Nuthura has a baby daughter. . . !!! She can't go without her. You think you aren't heartless but the things you are doing indicates it as so !! Stop acting because he makes you angry !! I mean hes just a poor boy who wants his family back and you are going to condemn him for it. Well then if this is how you interrupt things, when the next wave of consumers comes count me out in any fighting. I will make sure no other acquaintances of mine will be involved too, I will tell everyone !! I will not stand by and allow you to do this!! "

 

Phantoma efortlessly sent flying across the room with out any movment. "Next, to decied the fate of Sophie Versia, the charge is abandoning the last line of defense and leaving the last few defenders to the consumers, how do you plead" Phantoma said calmly.
