The Keyblade War-Breath of the Future

Raxtion blocked the attack with his stick and then easily pushed the boy back onto the ground. Raxtion then got back in a defensive position.

 

Atem fell back and shot back up, seeing that this guy was no joke.
Atem:" He seems to overpower me because hes bigger but if I try use his own size against him this might be easier."
He then began to run back towards him but when he got close enough he jumped up into the air and came down on him with his branch.

 

Raxtion wasn't expecting this from such a little kid, and got whacked in the head because of it. Raxtion then slowly jumped back. Not wanting to go too fast. Raxtion then got serious about gaurding. "Alright, kid, you've proven that you want to be taken seriously, so I will. Now, come at me again with everything you got."

 

Atem pounced back and then came running at him again, this time at more deadly speed as he stopped in front of him and hit the man with many different combos trying to hit him multiple times.
Atem:" Take that !!"

Raxtion blocked every attack. That's it, kid... show me everything you got. Raxtion thought. Man, this kid really is the son of Mixt. He's got his father's strength but his mother's courage. A deadly combo... I feel bad for however makes enemies with this kid. Raxtion then with one foul swoop, punched the boy in the stomach, just to shock him.

 

Atem fell back again and this time scraped his near against a rock, but he did not cry or make any showing the pain it cause, instead it looked as if he was about to get back up and fight him again in this state. He froze from trying to kick the man in the shin when there was a call for him from the down the path behind. It was his mother and since he had not come back for lunch like she told him to she had went out to find him in her own worry, she ran up when she spotted him.
Phisoxa:" Ah Atem your bleeding, are you okay?!"
She said as she came running over and kneeled down next to him taking a look at his knee.
Atem:" No mom, I'm fine, just let me continue this battle !"
He said as he fussed around in Phisoxa's grasp, but Phisoxa would not let him go.
Phisoxa:" No, you might get sick if you leave a wound open like that, especially in the forest. Anyways, stand still."
She said as she took some bandages out of her pocket and began to wrap up his knee, it had almost seemed to be that Phisoxa had not noticed Raxtion there but then again.
Phisoxa:" Hey Raxtion, long time, no see, what are you doing squatting out here in the forest?"

 

"Eh, nothing much. I saw your son walking around and decided to have a little sparring match with him." said Raxtion "Sorry about the wound, by the way." Raxtion then walked over to Atem and bent down so that he was at Atem's eye level. Raxtion smiled. "Your a very strong person! I'm surprised at the amount of strength you have. Just remember to only use your strength for good. Never for evil." Raxtion chuckled a little "I'm sure I don't need to tell you that. Your parents have probably already given you that lesson plenty of times." Raxtion then looked to Phisoxa "I have to admit, I'm impressed. You and Mixt have done a great job with this one. He's as tough as they come..."

 

Phisoxa:" Yeah hes fine, he will live, I had to make sure to keep him from knowing about the powers that once held his father by the nap and controlled his heart. But anyways, are you hungry? I don't think living off the forest is very satisfying, if you want you can come have lunch with us back at my house, It's not like you are going to bother anybody. Plus I didn't know you were in town so, I welcome you as my guest."
She said as she fixed the boy's knee up and stood back up to her full height.

"Well, I guess I'll come into town and have lunch with you guys." Raxtion said with a smile. "The forest really doesn't have everything that I would desire. Sure, why not!? Let's get going." Raxtion got up as well "By the way, that reminds me, how has Mixt been doing? How are you doing for that matter? I mean... things have obviously been running smoothly since Dr. Traken was...." Raxtion stopped and looked down at the boy before continuing his sentence. "... sent to another dimension. But on a personal level, how have things been?"

 

Phisoxa:" Everything has been running smoothly actually, Mixt seems to be really enjoying teaching Atem all that he knows, but I have asked him not to teach Atem alchemy yet."
She said as she began to walk down the path, Atem walking next to her.

 

OOC: So tell me, what's happened so far?

 

"How come? Is it too advanced for Atem?" asked Raxtion, wondering why Phisoxa didn't want Atem learning alchemy. "I mean, he seems like he could handle it. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if he knew some already."

 

ooc: Read the lower part of roleplay intro, I edited it so people could know what happened till I skipped time periods.
Phisoxa:" It just, think its too dangerous, seeing what it does to some people, I'm scared of what mistakes he might do with it, being so young. I mean I know Mixt really wants to teach him, but I love my son so much."
She said looking away towards the sun that sat high in the sky near the mountains as they neared the front lawn of the house.

 

Raxtion patted Phisoxa on the shoulder and looked into her eye's. "Everyone knows you love your son. Heck, you went awall on Dr. Traken for him." Raxtion then smiled and looked away. "I guess I can understand where your coming from. So, when do you think the right time to teach him will be?"

 

Phisoxa:" When hes a little more responsible and truly understands that living things are not his playthings."
She said as she neared the front door and opened it letting Atem and Raxtion inside. Atem immediately sat down at the table in the dining parlor but after a scolding from his mom to go wash up he got up and left the area to go wash up after being out in the forest before he ate, leaving Raxtion and Phisoxa alone as Phisoxa sat the food on the table, which was some chicken and vegetables.
Phisoxa:" So have you heard from any of the others at all?"

 

"No, not really. After the whole Traken incident, I lost track of Nny... Rako never showed up after the war was over. Missing in action, I guess." Raxtion said "I heard Nuthera and Riku are doing alright, though." Raxtion then looked out into the hall to make sure no one was near by, especially Atem. "Listen, Phisoxa... I have to ask you something." Raxtion was very serious "You see, in my solitude in the forest, I've become more aware of things going on in the universe. I've been feeling a dark presence lately... and I'm not sure if it's the darkness of the past that I'm feeling, you know, the residual darkness from the war that still lingers... or if it's a new darkness that has yet to show itself." Raxtion then turned his back to Phisoxa and sat down at the table. "I just thought I would let you know in case something happens. But have you been feeling this?"

 

Snow was training on the roof along side Stella, with Snow defeating all of the puppets with one swift strike. Stella was fighting behind him with her keyblade held back handed. It took her a couple of hits to bring down a puppet.

"Good work, keep it up, while you guys train, I'll find something for myself to eat." Master Roan lazily went down the stairs, where he encountered smoke in the hallway. "What do you want?"

"Has he learned to use the technique yet?" Kain inquired leaning against the wall with a cigarette in his hand.

"He has, but he needs a few days to perfect it-"

"It doesn't matter if he perfects it, the point is that he learned it, and according to you, he has..." Kain interrupted

"All right, whatever, if you want to get him to create it, you'll have to find a way to get him to use it, and a place. Have you thought of a place to create it?"

"I have, Master, I will create it in the Keyblade Graveyard, where Kingdom Hearts will appear and a Keyblade War will begin once more."

"What? But you realize that if you do cause another Keyblade War, the world will be completely destroyed, right?" Master Roan worriedly replied

"Of course I do, and from the resulting destruction I will create a new world, a world filled with Darkness"

"I can't allow that Kain, if you create a new world filled with darkness, it will collapse under the pressure of the darkness, there must be a balance. Surely you realize this?"

"You taught me yourself, so of course I know that as well, and when the world I create succumbs to the darkness, I will rise up and become a god, using the X-Blade... Don't tell me you have second thoughts about this?"

"Damn it, I thought you weren't going to destroy the world, I thought you just wanted the X-Blade, and nothing else"

"No, you obviously misunderstood me when I asked you to train him... So what are you going to do now?"

"Kain, I can't let you do this, not while I live..." Master Roan drew his keyblade of light, "If you want to do this, you'll have to kill me to do so!"

"Fine, doesn't bother me none, I'll show you just how much I've improved over the years..." Kain drew his keyblade and pointed it right at Roan's face

"We'll see about that." Roan charged at Kain, who took the attack and sent Roan flying through the roof.

Snow whirled around to see that Master Roan had been hit through the roof, just a Stella did, they both said in unison, "Master!"

 

Phisoxa:" Yeah I'm happy for Nuthura that she decided to leave this crazy goose chase a while ago, she had her first child the year Atem was only three, she was happy they were born very close together because she wanted them to be able to play together but now I don't know if the little boy is mature enough to play rough with Atem yet. Anyways yes, I have been feeling that strange eeriness again, but I thought the problems were over with a long time ago, but now its starting to sneak back. Thats why I'm hiding here in a less known world so whatever it is doesn't bother us. But if something does happen because of it, I will be called back to fight in the war."
She said as she waited for Atem to hurry washing up and the boy came back into the parlor and sat down in a seat next to Raxtion and seemed to help himself right away while the adults were busy talking.

 

"I've initially stationed myself in the forest outside of your town on purpose." said Raxtion "Once I felt it begining to come back, I figured that it might start with you guys again." Raxtion noticed the little guy going at the food and decided to begin himself. "You going to join us, Phisoxa?" Raxtion asked as he began loading his plate with practically one of everything.

 

Phisoxa:" I just feel kind of scared is all,I don't want Atem to experience the fire of fighting and killing so early. I really messes kids up, it scars them for life, I mean when I got my first taste of how evil could be so fierce, It was hard to understand and because of that I really think I lost my pure mindedness that a child should have."
She said stirring her fork through her food as she talked, not barely touching it. Atem seemed to be having too much chicken and not enough vegetables so Phisoxa decided to tell him to work on those too.
Phisoxa:" Eat your vegetables too young man."
Atem:" Aw but Ma, okay."
