Nii-san means "brother".
Onii-san means "Big brother".
Nii-chan means "sister".
Onii-chan means "Big sister".

Or something like that. xD

Actually, the suffix "-san" can be used after any name. For instance, you could call your friend "-san" or your enemy "-san".

I know this because I read too much manga and watch too much anime! ^^
