    Almost every year, my cousins, my sister and I have a bon fire. When we're done eating marshmallows and playing games, we will sit in silence (with an occasional quiet conversation), listening to the crackling of the fire and gazing at the vast, starry sky. We would also get creeped out after a while. One time, we seriously thought an alien invasion was happening XD We saw wierd-looking airplanes (although it was dark, so it was hard to see what they looked like), faintly heard strange noises, and twice the sky flashed white light, so bright to the extent that we couldn't see anything for a second (I'm almost positive that it wasn't lightning, since the sky was clear, and thunder didn't follow). We still don't know what it was, but we were really scared!

    I know; off topic, but regaurdless, the entire experience made a great memory!

    When I visit my grandparents house I usually go way back in their property to where this river is. I put a blanket down, sit, and just listen to the water flowing freely. I totally believe that you never step in the same river twice, and I think rivers are so lucky to be able to just flow freely without boundaries. Anyway occasionally you here a little fish do a jump, or hear a rabbit come for a little sip. My eyes are closed, but I've been doing this for so long I just know.​

    Whenever I am in a foresty area, I wander off a bit sometimes, listening to the sounds of all the animals, peacefully doing what they do best..
    It just makes me feel..relaxed, and joyful in a way.

    Just looking at the stars shine is enough to make anyone happy and relaxed. That is when you realize the abstract notion that they are in fact a lot bigger than we realize. Then again, that isn't too abstract, though I'd like to think it is.

    I usually feel joy and peace listening to music and laying down/sitting still doing nothing. I like to think about things, so that's how I do it best.

    The times when I feel happiest are when I'm sitting with my best friends doing nothing more than enjoying eachothers company. I know it sounds weird but when I'm with them I feel like nothing can go wrong. It's my moment of true peace.

    What relaxes me is when it is storming, I lay down on my bed and listen to the thunder and the rain pouring down.
