The Journies of a Warrior

Jess turned her gaze from the new person and stared at Kain. "What happened?" she asked twisting her hair to try and free it from the water. She created some ice and hopped up on it, her feet dangling in the clear, blue water.

 

Precious sighed and made the ice bake into water. She then got out and sat by a tree. She heard other people talking so went by them and peked behind a tree, to be sure not to get caught.

 

jess heard something in the forest. she turned and looked around. Jess cocked her head and sighed hopping off of her ice block. she walked back onto the bank and sat crossleged watching Kain try to move the water around the way he wanted it to. "Kain! don't get annoyed by it," she said.

 

OOC: Maria didnt get wet b/c she is that good of a mage.
Maria looked at Precious and said "Oh this might help". She held a huge fireball over precious to where see was mostly dried.

 

Kain was dizzy. "I'm a klutz when it comes to water techniques... I made a riptide and then a whirlpool instead of a water spiral thing." Kain said, trying to regain his balance. Sin was smiling in a "You should've listened to the genius" way. "Well, I did warn him." Sin said, matter-of-factly.

 

Precious looked at Kain and Sin.
What....why is his hand movement like that....its suppose to be....Thats why he cant do it she thought

 

jess crossed her arms. she sighed and stood back up trying something else, she dove into the river and sat at the bottom of the bed. her eyes were closed, when she opened her eyes she swirled the water around her. it parted away from jess and left a completely dry circle where she was sitting. she let the water fall back to the ground slowly, and she sat at the bottom of the river again.
when she was calm she rose to the surface again, occasionally shouting out tips to kain.

 

Maria shrugged and walked past Precious and the people who are training with water and continued to juggle fire balls while walking and whistling loudly.

 

Sin got up and sighed. "Out, Kain. I may be Aquaphobic, but at LEAST I can show you how to do it right." Kain got out and Sin nervously stepped in, closing his eyes so he wouldn't see his own fear. Taking his hands, Sin lifted up a twirling pillar of water and formed it into the shape of a bird, then the water turned glass like, then it became a real live bird. It was a blue Jay. For a few seconds, it sat on Sin's finger, then it melted back into water. Sin flinched when he felt it, but he didn't turn white because he couldn't see it. "There," Sin said tensely, "That's how it's done." Sin quickly jumped out of the water, breathing heavily with relief. Kain was surprised. "Sin, good job!" Kain said.

 

jess turned at the sound of whistling. there another person was walking along juggling fireballs. she turned back to Kain and Sin, "sorry i have to go," she said getting up to leave.

 

Maybe if you try a simpler one she said outload so they can hear her.

 

jess turned to look at precious, she backed up... she wasn't used to seeing so many people, almost everyone rejected her exsistence. it was weird when she met kain and sin because they didn't hate her. she pulled the water from her clothes and hair and put it back in the water then she walked into the forest hoping nobody would stop her from leaving.

Sin and Kain looked over at who had said that. Kain turned back to the river and tried again but instead of making a bird, he made an inchworm. "Well... it's a start, right?" Kain said, looking at Sin, who was laughing at Kain's poor attempt.

 

jess soon came up to her house. it was quiet and quite a ways away from the river so it was peacefull. way to much has happened today, why are there so many people here? she thought she leaned against the rowan tree and caught a falling leaf. she clsed her eyes and concentrated hard. the leaf shuddered then multiplied falling to the ground it sunk into the earth making a small rowan sappling. jess exhaled angrilly that was almost it... she thought. her goal was to create another Rowan tree like the first. she somewhat failed miserably.

 

Precious went to him.
"You did it good but its just the way your position is" she said.
"You seem unconfortable"

 

Maria stopped and felt her left ear to make sure her earring was in there b/c it usually fell out. She noticed it wasnt there so she walks back to precious and sees this girl backing away. "Huh?". Then she got to Precious and asked, "Hey, have you seen my earring?"

 

Sin looked over at Precious, his face turning white again. "Gee, I wonder why. Aquaphobia SUCKS." Kain was still trying to create a bird, but kept coming up with and inchworm with a bird's head and a small cat's paw. "Well, at least it's SOMETHING!" Kain said, as Sin tried to laugh again.

 

jess slapped her forehead angrilly as she tried, and failed, to create a tree. she stood up and walked into her house looking for the thick leather bound book that held all of her spells. most of which she had made up herself yet there were the occasional few that were made by a master. she flipped through the pages until she reached the tree growing chapter. catch leaf multiply sink into ground, grr! i already did that, what am i doing wrong? she thought as she read the page on growing trees.

Kain did as he was told and created not a blue jay, but an eagle. Sin's eyes shot open. "How did..." Kain was also surprised. The eagle he had made wasn't disappearing like his other creations. Kain dropped his hands, and the eagle disappeared. "Woah." Kain said.
