The Infected

Rita clentched the vial firmly. "Are,...Are you sure?" She asked feeling Sinder's saddness.

 

"It is better to sacrifice for someone who can feel than to save someone who cannot. If you keep asking questions Rita, you won't get to him in time."

 

Rita nodded. "Thank you, I-i don't ever know how i'll repay you!"

OOC: Damn it!, Andrewtemari's offline again <.<

 

"Follow your heart Rita. It points you in the right direction. If you are fast enough he will survive. Fifteen minutes Rita"

 

She nodded and ran off towards the hospital.

Toki saw Rita run to the hospital, but barely. He could tell it was getting worse. He started to sweat, his vision was blurry, and he was starting to have hallucinations. His head was throbbing and soon enough, his body as well. He could tell this was his time. He sobbed. Toki looked to his side to see Rita (it's a hallucination). "I'm sorry Rita..." He said. "That I can't be there for you anymore." With that, he became unconcious. ​

BIC:Rita ran as fast as she could, up some amount of stairs and into the landing, she burst into Toki's room and found him lying unconcious, fearing for the worst, she slapped him a few times to see if he would wake up...no response, she took out the vial of water Sinder had gave her and gently tipped it into Toki's mouth. "Please...Toki"

 

A few minutes after Rita had put the water in his mouth, Toki awoke, coughing violently. He stopped and looked up to see Rita. He reached his hand out towards her face. He touched her cheek. "So....so your not a hallucination." He said. He tried to get up but he couldn't. "I'm glad you're here Rita." Toki said. "I don't know what I would've done in Heaven without you. If I was going there anyway." Even sick in the hospital, he still tried to make a joke to make her happy.​

Heru saw someone quickly turn the corner on a white colored motorcycle. “Etain is that you?” Heru asked.

“It is.” Etain replied as she turned the bike around too stop and face him.

“Etain who did this to you?” Heru asked as his sister removed her helmet.

“Who?” She asked “Heru you must be joking. I’m evil because of you.” Etain continued.

“You’re wrong I’m the one who’s trying to save you?”

“Please in the end you have always put me down as a duelist. You never provide any encouragement for me. You would always have me watch the professionals duel on TV and look at me and say “Why can’t you be more like them? There decks are well constructed and bring them victory. “ Etain replied imitating his voice.

“Etain I only wanted you to be a strong duelist so you could look out for yourself.” Heru replied as he closed his eyes and clenched his fists.

Etain ignored his reply. She got off the bike and inserted her deck into her duel disk. “You want me back to the way I was?” Etain asked her brother.

Heru nodded in reply.

“Then we duel you win I go back to the way I was. However if I win I injected you with this dark matter and you become evil like me.” She said as she took out a tiny vile of the dark matter from her pocket.

“I accept.” Heru said activating his duel disk.

"Let’s duel.” Both said at the same time as there life point meters read 4000.”

 

Mark looked on, "so... what should we do about those darkness people?" he asked, motioning towards Blade, Xiomera, and Snider, "I mean, if we just let them have at eachother, then innocents could get hurt or infected."

Roxas nodded, "Riku, I think he is right, we need to either find a way to cure them, or end them now, before anyone else gets hurt or worse," he said.

Riku nodded, "but who could possibly develop a cure?" he wondered.

 

Xioimara awoke to the arguing. She could make out Blade's figure with her one good eye. She started to growl as she pulled herself up. "Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live." She growled as she staggered to her feet. Her breathing heavy. She had a fighting spirit in her that would never die, whether or not she was evil. The wolf would really fight to the death if she wanted to.

Though Xioimara's body was numb or screaming in pain, she still found it in her power to fight yet more. Her blood carried that of the Dire Wolf's and gave her more than enough strength of at least two wolves. Her ears twitched as she heard whispering not too far from them.

"Whose there?" Xioimara breathed as the trio of heroes talked. She didn't take her eye off Blade, her legs shook with her weight as she prepared for yet another battle. Possibly her last, or near her last.

 

Blade had also noticed somebody. Due to his ability with energy he could sense other's energy

 

Mark summoned Trial by Fire, which appeared in a flash of flames, Roxas and Riku also summoned their weapons, Roxas' Oathkeeper and Oblivion appearing out of light and darkness respectivly, and Riku's the Way to the Dawn appearing out of twilight.

"They are onto us," they all said at the same time, getting ready for a fight if they were attacked.

 

Xioimara growled at Blade. She had no idea what she was going to do. Just bite and hold on for as long as possible if anything. It could do serious damage if she managed to hold on long enough. She didn't pay attention to those hiding. She had a good premonition that they wouldn't hurt her unless she attacked first.

 

"You can try to cure us humans," she said to the trio in the trees, "but your quest would be in vain."

 

Blade kept an eye on Xioimara ready to fight her and awaited any moves she was about to preform

 

"Why must there be so much hatred?" Sinder asked herself. Then she looked at Xioimara and Blade, "Why must you quarrel? There is no point in it."

 

Rita looked at Toki."Oh...Toki!" She started to weep by him.

 

Sinder heard Rita's cries with her super sensitive ears. 'Well, that's it then. The water is gone and I still don't feel happy for her. I'm not surprised, I can't feel so why do I care so much?'
