B( need i say more....my sister heard me scream a few times and ran down to see what the hell was wrong..and i pointed at the game and she lol'd

and then a few hours later i screamed and again and ran upstairs and ran around my house screaming "I KICKED HIS ASS" it was wonderful...but he was f-ing hard B(

 

My first playthrough of FFXII was much like this. The best advice I can give you is to learn how to chain monsters and stock up a lot of loot to sell. Being a little underleveled in that game isn't that big of a deal but having poor equipment sucks and will get you killed way faster than being undeleveled can. You also want to save up on money to get the Embroidered Tippet(I think that's what it's called) at Old Archades which doubles your experience and makes leveling up a lot of easier.

I basically scream "I HATE YOU" so many times whenever I'm playing any Touhou game. I'm not surprised that the games are that hard though. I mean they're called Bullet Hell(danmaku) games for a reason xD. Yet I love these games so much. Maybe I'm a masochist. I'm progressively starting to get better though.

I do do that but it takes so damn long. Dx Thanks for the advice about the item, I've been whoring out the Golden Armlets and I'm fairly close to completing everyone's License Boards (Golden Armlet doubles the amount of LP you get per monster), so once I do that to my satisfaction I will definitely pick a few of those up.

Also, puzzles in any game. I am horrific at them, it usually ends up that I either get lucky & pick a random choice, ask my sister, or look online. I just can not do them.

 

Right now i'm seriously hating Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

Can't beat Rise From The Ashes... every time I finally get somewhere after a half hour of pointless wandering and questioning I get lost again... usually more than before too.

 

There's one part of Okami where in order to get a Stray Bead, you need to draw a star on this kimono canvas.
Unless you get it absolutely perfect, it's like "lolno, try again", this literally took me an hour to finally get. Thank god you only need to do it once. >>

And then of course there's The Legend of Zelda, which pretty much is an entire game's worth of gamer rage.

 

Is the first Phoenix Wright game good?
I'm stuck trying to decide if I should get that one or Apollo Justice.

I'm saying it again, Dissidia: Final Fantasy is a piece of *Censored* (no offence to anyone who likes the game)

 

Yeah it's okay although my first game of the series was AAI:ME (Investigations:Miles Edgeworth) so the animations were hard to adjust to. Also I don't have Apollo Justice so I can't say which is better just yet. I'd just wait 'til I had more money and get both at the same time.

Also your comment on Dissidia described my experience with Chaos. Had to level up with Bartz sooooo much before I could finally kick his huge, demonic, red, pointy ass...

And this part of the final boss. This part was dildos.

 

The second battle with Demyx in KHII. It is always the water clones. I mean, it only took me a couple tries the first time I played through, but when I was trying to beat him for one of my roommates, I did it at least 20 times and ended up jumping up and down out of frustration. My roommates still tease me about that to this day. (What makes it even funnier is that my roommate tried beating him the next day and succeeded after like three tries.)

And Angra Mainyu from FFX-2, an optional boss in the desert. It has been awhile so I don't remember all the details...It took over an hour to kill him because of his health alone. By the end of the battle, I had to keep healing/reviving and I was just getting tired of the thing not giving me enough openings to attack.

 

Thisthisthis. Jesus christ how much I hate that level. Though it actually makes sense considering what level it is. Other things do come to mind, but nothing can compare to that level so I won't even try lol.

 

Got a new one: The Gi ghost boss from FF7. The path to him is so frackin hard. There are these spider things that you half to beat in order to get to him, and they frackin kill me in one hit. Same as the boss. GAH 1 HIT KILLS STOP ARGGHRRGTRGFGS. I ragedquit.

 

Good thing you can just throw a phoenix down and win insantly? But yeah, if you want to beat him fair then he will be quite the pain, not gonna lie.

I feel like a pussy saying how much RIKU'S SECOND BATTLE IN KH1 SCREWED ME OVER. Not to mention the first battle with Ansem.... then the second one. By the end of the game, i think i had callus on my thumbs...

 

In Phoenix Wright you've gotta turn this jar in a way to make it look like the head of the Blue Badger. unless you do it EXACTLY right it's like lolno try again. Took me a while to get it right.

 

Uh, yeah. Monkey Island 2. Finding how to get Largo LaGrande's damn spit off the wall. I got a bucket and Guybrush was like "Lolno there's not enough of it for that!" and I was like WHAT.

that I had to use. Like, that I already had. I must have spent two hours running in circles. Also in The Curse of Monkey Island at the Carnival of the Damned. I walked around that place totally confused for ages.

In Kingdom Hearts there was the Trickmaster, Rikunort, and Maleficent; KH2 had Demyx.

Ace Attorney made me want to punch someone in the face every once in a while, but it's been long enough I can't remember the specific puzzles that got me frustrated.

Trials and Tribulations is the best by far, and Justice for All is generally considered weakest. I'd say Apollo and PWAA are pretty close, but go with Phoenix Wright -- original takes precedence. I think it's slightly better, anyway.

On the other hand, Apollo Justice is going to be easier to find and less expensive. You're going to have to end up shelling out a fair amount of cash for the first Phoenix Wright game. Just a warning. It's worth it though IMO.

 

In Devil May Cry 4, after getting past all 100 levels in the bloody palace, you fight

. He's been suped up and specially enhanced to kick your ass. There have been times where ive made it all the way up to that part, only to be killed by him in like a minute. Do you know how long it takes to get that far? TWO. HOURS. And after getting defeated do you know where you end up? Not 1 level before the one you previously on, not one in the middle, BUT AT THE GODDAMN BEGINNING.

No those fights were ****ing hard. KH1 didnt have the "skip cutscene" feature, and I got my ass kicked by riku so many times I memorized the cutscene.

 

I found my copy of PWAA at Gamestop and it only cost me twelve bucks. Also Amazon.com has all of the games on sale though it takes time for them to get to you.

Kingdom hearts Birth By Sleep, Terranort is f---ing me over again in the final episode. I swear I almost had a spazm trying to kick his f---ing ass again...

 

I know T&T is good since I have completed it already and on my second playthrough. JFA may be the weakest, but it is a very underated game, It had some good cases. And some utterly horrible ones.I have to say Apollo Justice has a better OST than the PW games but then Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth has got the best so far. If I am getting another one, It'll have to be on the DS.

Back on topic. Ace Attorney Investigation: Miles Edgeworth - Case 5 - Turnabout Ablaze is so infuriating solely because of Quercus Alba and his stupid HUBJEKTCHAUWN!

 

D*MN HAVING TO FIND EVERY SINGLE GEM AND RELIC IN CRASH: WARPED IN ORDER TO UNLOCK THE REAL ENDING! A game that forces you to be a completist....Only Naughty Dog could get away with that. >D
