The Hunger Games

Rio looked around the arena, she could hear the crowd and hated everyone of them. Then she realised, there may be some sponsers in that lot, hopefully she could get one. She spotted trees and made up her mind, as soon as it sharted she would sprint for them. If she got it to trees she stood a lot more of a chance.

Crash spotted the long grass, 'that's more like it' he thought. He decided to go in a little bit for a bag then head for the grass when it started.

 

Envy grinned. He felt suddenly relaxed. Looking at the bag full of supplies, he would head of that first then the bow and arrows.

The crowd went quiet then a sudden cannon shot was fired. The bombs deactivated.

Rhixan immediatly sprinted out towards the bow and arrows.
Envy raced next to her and easily caught up, snagging the arrows. Knocking one, he shot a boy from District 3 in the chest, killing him instantly. Smirking, he ran towards the bag.
Rhixan frowned and grabbed a knife, dodging another person's attack.

 

Rio instantly sprinted towards the trees, dodging everyone and everything. She got hit by something cutting her leg but she carried on running, she could deal with that later.

Crash ran in to get a semi full bag but the boy from ten had got there first, Crash reached him, got into a grapple that ended with the boy falling to the ground. Crash didn't know if he had killed that boy, but didn't care, he had to get out of there he headed as quickly as he could to the long grass.

Envy got up and sprinted away with the bag, not seeing the rip. Everything was pouring out.
Rhixan ran behind him and scooped up the sleeping bag, throwing all of the stuff inside. Running away, she got into the bushes and carried on. Climbing up a tree quickly, she sighed. I'm not dead....

 

OOC: Do we have to ask you what's in our bags?

BIC: Rio had scooped up a small bag on her way, she reached the trees and climbed up the first one, disarpeering deep into the forest.

Crash reached the long grass and started moving through it like an expert, not even crushing any leaving a trail, this was just like the wheat fields where he worked. Within seconds he had vanished in to it.

 

OOC: Nope.
BIC:

Rhixan lay on the branch, happy to be alive. Looking up, a massive TV screen came on. Pictures of some contestants came on. The Dead ones... As they flicked past, she watched for Neal's face to come up. When it didn't, she smiled. "13 dead... 11 left, none of my friends are gone."

 

Crash watched with relief when he saw Rio had survived.

Rio watched the dead with baited breath. After she had got far enough away she had climbed down and collected a load of berries and plants making sure she knew for certain what each one was. She had found a leaf to help her cut leg and she had even made a slingshot. It was a good job because in her hurry she had hardly anything in her bag, she had a blanket, an empty water bottle and a few other things but not much.

 

Opening up the sleeping bag, Rhixan peered inside. Matches, some food, water bottles, medicine... She smirked. Good. Plus a knife. Looking around, she spotted the bag on the floor. Envy must of dropped it when he saw it was empty and went to go look for supplies. Climbing down, she warily approached the bag and snatched it away, climbing back up. Crap... A hole... Rhixan frowned and then stuffed the sleeping bag inside. The hole was too small to let it fall through but too big to take out other supplies and leave them in the bag.

 

Crash smiled when he saw he had a knife among his things, he had a bit of food but not enouh to last him very long. He would need to find more food and water. He knew a bit about plants to keep him going if he could find them, but water may be a problem.

 

Rhixan felt sleepy. Tying her belt to the branch, she shouldered the pack and felt asleep. The sleeping bag would have to wait until she fixed the bag.

Envy frowned, sitting on a beach. He had dug a sand shelter in the sand and was lying in that. The bag he had picked up had burst and became usless.

 

Rio climbed up into a tree to the very top branches, curled up into a ball, covered herself with the blanket and attached it to the tree just incase she fell out in her sleep.

 

Envy looked at the 'sea'. His foster father had told him that he would win the games, hands down. What did he MEAN by that? Envy sighed.

 

OOC: I'm being kicked off the computer

Crash made sure he was deep into the long grass and well hidden before laying down carefully not crushing or bending any wheat to go to sleep, vitually undetectable.

 

OOC: Bye.
BIC:

Envy frowned and shut his eyes, falling fast asleep.

 

ooc: wait are we in the arena now?......

 

OOC: Yes we are.

 

ooc: SH!T ....how the hell do i start off all this crap now?

 

Keller ran into the forest with a little bag of stuff she managed to grab
"Crackers, water, beef strips, sleeping bag and a knife"

Gabriel was following Kellers tracks with his bow and sheaf of arrows on his shoulder."I've got to find some water"he said. He heard footsteps behind him "Better make it quick too"

 

Rio opened her eyes. She could hear footsteps. She only just stopped a gasp that would of given her away. They sounded quite close to her tree. She silently untied herself and crept higher up the tree. She merged into the canopy hidden from sight. With her breath held she peered down below hopeing they'd not noticed her.

 

Gabriel heard a rustling in the tree next to him. He looked up but saw nothing but a squirrel. He shot it."This will keep me going for a while"

Keller turned her head. She was sure she heard Gabriels voice just then. She turned her head back and saw the girl from Distict 12
