[A very sick joke this was.]

A friend tells me he has a bootleg version of FFVSXIII.

Me, being stupid, I walk into his room. Yet another friend locks the door from the outside. The first friend ties me to a chair with bungee cords.

He presses play on the DVD player.

What I watch for the next 2 hours cannot be unseen.

Has anyone else seen The Human Centipede?

Lol someone hasn't been on par with all the FFversusXIII information lately...

To be honest, I have not seen this. I am sickened at the very thought of it, yet, it does still peek my interest. I do not find such inhumane mannerisms to be right, like attaching humans in such a vile way.

I have heard that it was based off of a true story, so even if it wasn't, it is still terrible in theory.

And from watching all the trailers before the movie, I wasn't expecting THAT from an iFC film...

You'll be thinking of three people connected by mouth and ass, with the first person's gastric system going through all three of the people.

    Then: "Yum!"

I saw it a long while ago (I saw it on Netflix instant, so if anyone has that, it's there in case you have a sparked interest).

Honestly, I was expecting something very different. I don't like the film, but I also don't exactly hate it. It's actually something that you should watch once just to get the curiosity out of the way, and maybe a few more times just to gross out your friends. They didn't show a lot of what it really was because they had a low budget.

However, there is a sequel to the movie that has been released. I saw the trailer for it, and...yeah, they have a lot of money in it now. According to the trailer (and articles that I have read), the movie is currently BANNED in the UK, specially edited for the United States, and is completely uncut in Australia. Again, this is a good marketing campaign. I may be sick to my stomach if I watch the sequel (the first one really didn't get to me) but it would get the curiosity out of the way.

Also, I wouldn't describe this as a horror film. It seems like a movie that was made just to gross people out. There's nothing that's truly scary about it (besides the thought of being the "B" in a human centipede) and it got really boring at some points. Just because it makes you sick doesn't mean it's put under the genre of horror.

Oh, and it's not based on a true story. Where you got that from is probably the tagline of the film "100% medically accurate", meaning that the makers of the film did research and did the movie in a way that if someone really wanted to do this, it would be medically possible. The tagline of the second film is "100% medically IN-accurate".

    Oh God...

I'm not even going to try getting the sequel.

Like others, I have heard of this movie but have not seen it. Although I'm curious, I think I could live without watching another gross-out movie; I would rather watch something else.

To be honest, watching it just to get your curiosity satisfied doesn't seem worth it.

Bwahahahaha! The funny thing is I've never seen it. Second hand information. Remind me though what I told you about it though? I don't think you take the concept of people sewn together so that one persons waste is the next persons lunch could make a movie. How long is this?

Watched it; was bored. It's kinda gross, but as horror, it really doesn't cut it. They're just people stuck together to pander to a certain fetish market. Even then, it's rather lacklustre. Not nearly graphic enough to properly qualify as scat porn.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to people, if only because I feel it's greatly overhyped.

Never watched the movie, but I do remember during my Ancient History class last year, we had no work to do, so the student teacher who was teaching us at the time decided to describe what the movie was about. In detail. Good thing she had a quiet voice. xD

I don't think anything can be as bad as A Serbian Film. That **** was messed up. >_>

I've never seen it, though I did hear it was pretty terrifying. What exactly is it even about anyways?

Some surgeon who's curious on making new species or something like that and decides to abduct people to try and make a human centipede. He gets three people, attaches person 2's mouth to person 1's...ass, then attaches person 3's mouth to person 2's...similar region. That way they all share the same digestive track(tract?). Oh and the surgeon also cuts ligemens in their legs so they're incapable of walking and forced to crawl around. The movie had the subtitle "First Sequence" since only three people are involved and make up one "sequence" of a centepide which has four sequences.

This is also why the sequel is called "Full Sequence". As you can gather, it involves 12 people. >>

It is a disgusting and grotesque film but it's definitely worth watching at least once for the shock horror of the concept. And if you're like me, something to laugh about with other people later.
